As I’m heading to the parking lot to get to my car I look around an notice Ashley’s porsche isn’t here so maybe I’m right. Getting in my car I catch Aiden with his arm drapped around Madison. No big surprise there. They’re actually meant for each other, I’m just lucky it’s not me anymore who has to deal with that boy. I laugh lightly to myself and pull out of the parking lot on my way to the beach.

     I park my car and walk out to the beach. I didn’t see her car parked anywhere, but I’ll take my chances anyway. I walk along the shore a while longer till I finally spot her sitting in the sand. Her back agaisnt a big log and her head falling back with her eyes closed. I really hope she listens to me. As I walk closer to her I notice her cheeks are wet. Oh god, I made her cry. My stomach drops and I suddenly feel nervous about being this close to her and trying to appologize, maybe I should just turn around and walk away, I can always appologize tomorrow. She looks like she needs her space anyways. As soon As I turn around and about to walk away I hear her voice.

     "Come by to tell me off some more?" She asks softly. I can’t help the speed of my heart pumping in my chest, I feel awful, sick. I didn’t mean anything I said to her, and look what happen, I made her cry. I turn around to she her tears have been whipped away, and shes just staring towards the water.

     "Actually I came here to tell you I’m really sorry about everything, I really didn’t mean anything I said it’s just-" I began to say but she cut me off.

     "Stop, whatever I get it…" She spoke softly and met my gaze. "You’re not the first person to say what you did." She breaks eye contact by looking back at the ocean. This only made me feel worse. Maybe I wasn’t the first one to say what I said, but I didn’t mean anything of it. I took a seat next to her and looked out at the ocean.

     "I really am sorry Ash.." I say quietly. She doesn’t respond, instead we stay there, silent for awhile just staring at the water.
