December twenty eighth…that’s the date that Spencer figured she’d be able to put up with being my girlfriend. I’m in love, and it’s scaring the crap out of me, because I don’t want to get hurt again…right now, it’s December twenty ninth at one in the morning, Spencer and I came back to my house from the beach party, and I think we both figured this was finally the night…it’d finally be the night we’d let our hooking up go to the next level, but it didn’t seem right.

Spencer was straddling my waist when she sat up pulling her shirt over her head then she just smiled as I couldn’t help but look at her amazing toned and tan body. I sat up kissing up the middle of her chest when she took up my chin with her hand bringing her lips to mine again, then she let her hands travel down my back when she lifted my shirt over my head and then she went for my bra soon after, but that’s when it clicked…I didn’t want to do this…not right now…so I pulled away “I’m sorry…” I told her then I moved out from underneath her and sat on the edge of my bed with a million thoughts racing through my head

“what’s wrong?” she asked worried as I had my back to her “did I do something? I’m sorry but I’m not really good at…” she started but then I cut her off

“Spencer…you’re not bad at any of this…it’s just…it’s just…”

“it’s just what?” she asked

“is it bad that I want to wait?” I asked her still looking ahead

“um…no…I mean I’ve been waiting for…a while now…I just thought maybe you’d really want me and…”

“no, no Spencer I do want you…it’s just, when we do this…I want it to mean everything in the world…” I said looking at her “…knowing this is like your first time I want it to be something you’ll never forget…I don’t want it to just be sex…I mean I want to make love to you all night, and wake up with you in my arms…I know if we just wait a little longer…” I explained to her then she looked at her hands and started fidgeting with them again
