    a ray of sun appeared…

                Angelica walked over to the limo to deliver the message to her Mom so that she could be with Mama.  Angelica was surprised at the number of people inside the car.  Not only her Mom and Aunt Kit but Ms. Kay, Aunt Shane, Aunt Alice, Aunt Helena, and Uncle Angus.

     

                “Mom, Mama asked if we could have ten minutes before you come down.”  Angelica looked into her Mom’s eyes.  Mom nodded and Angelica dashed off.  Tina got out of the limo and made her way over to Denise who was standing by Rosanna’s Bentley a silent honor guard. 

     

                “Denise” Tina began without preamble. “Do you have a large blanket we can use?  I think we should join Bette in celebrating the life of Rosanna.  What do you think?” Tina held up a large bottle of bubbly. 

     

                “I think Ms. Rosanna would want you all to celebrate the time she was here, especially Ms. Bette.  Let me get a few blankets for you.  I think there is bubbly in the fridge as well.”  Denise turned to her tasks. 

     

                “Us” Tina corrected.  Denise gave her a blank look.  “Rosanna would want us all of us to celebrate her life and take care of her wife.”

     

                Denise nodded. 

     

                The tears that she was keeping in check slowly made their way down her face as the group approached.  It had been her intention to do this alone now she realized that it was more fitting to have their friends and family present for this event.  Rosanna’s parents were at the Montclair house where there was to be a reception for family and close friends.  Bette made her way to Denise who was spreading out blankets.

     

                “Denise would you mind going and getting Rosanna’s parents and cousins?  I think they might want to be here. Let me call them and see.”

     

                Bette spoke briefly to Fred and Catherine, Rosanna’s parents, who very much wanted to be there.  Bette nodded and Denise left to guide the family to this location.  Denise was grateful to have something to do.  She contacted the caterer and suggested that a few hampers of food and drinks might be welcome at the impromptu location where Rosanna’s ashes were to be scattered.

    5. I love your writting style…but, its so so hard to read that bette has a deep love for another…and now shes pregnant with the donor that she selected with tina…u really no how to torture a poor girls heart

    6. I agree with brighteyez07. I hate to say it, but it is time for Tina to move on…she will always love Bette, but she needs to fall in love with someone who will be totally into her!

    13. Wow,Kelika. I sitting in a hotel in Boston waiting to check out and decided to catch up on your new story. What a shock. I can’t believe you killed Ro. How sad. Glad Bette’s pregnant with their child. Please as hard as it is for you to write, and me to read, please continue this wonderful story. Not the sequel I would have expected, but it has great potential.
