Bette & Tina Reconnecting..Chapter 13

The next day was relatively uneventful.

Tina was seeing patients, she had rehearsal tonight, and the concert was in five days. She was looking forward to it, wanting it to get over with. She wanted to spend more time with Bette.

Sara called her on the intercom.
Sara: Hey Doc youre sister is on line three.
Tina: Thanks Sara
Tina smiled and picked up the phone.
Tina: Erin?
Erin: Yeah, hey sis, how are you?
Tina: Great and you?
Erin: Good, hows Bette?
Tina: Wonderful as always.
Erin: laughing.Ahh, you sound great. Well I just took my last final today.
Tina: Yeah, so did you do ok?
Erin: I think so.
Tina: So when are you coming to see me?
Erin: How about Thursday? Is that too soon?
Tina: No, not at all. Thats great. Just let me know what flight and time, Ill pick you up.
Erin: Ok, Is the concert on Saturday?
Tina: Yeah.
Erin: Are you ready?
Tina: I think so. Bettes nervous.
Erin: Ill take care of her. You focus on you.
Tina: laughing. Ok, thanks sis. Ive gotta run; Call me later with your flight info.
Erin: Ok, bye sis.
Tina: Bye boo.

Just as she hung up, Angie called her.
Angie: Dr. Bette is on line one.
Tina: Thanks Angie
Tina: Hello baby.
Bette: Hey you, how are you today?
Tina: Fine
Bette: Are you taking it easy? Did you eat today?
Tina: Yes Bette I just finished a fruit salad, and Ive been talking to Erin.
Bette: Really? How is Boo?
Tina: Hyper as always, shes coming in on Thursday.
Bette: Great, shell be here for the concert.
Tina: Yep, shell keep you in line.
Bette: laughing. Ill see you tonight after rehearsal?
Tina: You got it.
Bette: So dont work to hard. Ok?
Tina: Bette you have to stop worrying. We wont know anything for two weeks.
Bette: Ill try. Sorry T. Can we practice later? Laughing.
Tina: Mm, of course. Bye baby.
Bette: Bye T.

Bette was going to work late. She knew Tina was at rehearsal and wouldnt be done until at least nine or so.
She walked in the house at 8:30. She heard Tina telling the band goodnight. She fell onto the couch and waited on Tina to come in.
Tina came in and saw Bette.

Tina: Hey babe are you just getting home?
Bette: Yeah, I needed to get caught up at the office.
Tina kissed her and took her hand.
Tina: You look tired. Have you eaten?
Bette: No have you?
Tina: No, Ill fix us something. Go get changed and Ill get us something.

Bette went and changed coming back out in a tank top and boxers.
Tina: Sit down, Ill bring this in.
Tina heated up some leftover pasta and bread, got them some water and sits it in front of Bette and then got her own.
They ate and talked about the day.

Bette: Is Erin coming for the summer then?
Tina: Yeah, I think so, she wants to intern with you if the offer still stands.
Bette: Id love it. Of course she can.
Tina: I cant believe shes 23 yrs old and almost a senior in college. Jeez I feel old.
Bette: youre not old baby. Our life has just begun.
Bette leaned in and kissed her.
They finished dinner and cleared the table and kitchen.

They went to bed then.
Tina: Bette lie down and let me relax you. Youre exhausted.
Bette: Ok. I guess I am.
Bette lay down on her stomach on the bed. Tina straddled her and started rubbing her neck and shoulders. She pulled her tank top off and massaged her back.
Bette: Oh T that feels so good.
Tina: Lets get you comfy. She pulled off her boxers. Bette had not worn any underwear. Tina smiled.

Tina continued massaging her. Starting on her neck, back, then to her arms, buttocks, and down to her legs and even her feet. She moved over Bettes body. Helping her lover let go of the days stress. Tina enjoyed being able to do this for Bette, she had been so good to her lately she deserved the loving treatment Tina was giving.

Bette groaned.

Tina: I try babe. She smiled as she kissed her face. Bette turned over then to her. Bette took Tinas face in her hands and held her as she kissed her deeply.
Tina; Tell me Bette, are you to tired for your wife to make love to you?
Bette: Mm, never T. Never.
Tina: Youve been so good to me the last few weeks. I want to show you my love. Tell me what you want me to do.

Tina pulled Bettes hand to her mouth and kissed it.
