Chapter 32
Bette came early for work but was surprised to see a dozen of yellow roses in a vase waiting for her in her table. She got one and brought it to her nose. All of a sudden a memory flashed in Bette’s mind.
Bette was in front of a door in what seemed like an apartment complex. She knocked and waited for the door to open and revealed Tina on the other side of the door.
“Hey Bette! Come in.”
“Hi Tee. I have something for you.” Bette shyly handed her a single yellow rose before making her way in.
“Awh… That’s so sweet of you. Thank you!” Tina said giving Bette a hug.
She then saw herself in the parking lot of what appeared to be Tina’s apartment complex. Just when Bette was about to leave Tina asked, “Bette, how do you ask a girl you like out on a date?”
“Why would I tell you my secret?”
“Because I want to know.”
“In time, Tina. For now, you go get some rest.” With that Bette left.
When Bette was in the safety of her car she sent Tina a text.
I show up at her place, give her a yellow rose, invite her to dinner, bring her to a nice café, drop her off, wish her a good night and kiss her on the cheek.
After sending the text message, Bette drove off.
Bette dropped the rose after the memory that she just remembered. She took hold of the vase and threw it against the door before sitting on her chair and burying her face in her hands and wept.

Tina walked in the Planet with a smile gracing her lips.
“What are you smiling about?” Helena asked.
“Oh nothing.”
“Don’t play coy with me. What are you up to?”
“I’ll make her remember, Hels.”
“What?”
“Bette. I’ll make her remember me.”
“And how do you suppose you do that?”
“I don’t have the details yet but I already started by giving her a vase of yellow roses.”
“And this is significant because?”
“Yellow roses have always been our thing. It was the first thing she gave me when she first asked me out.”

Bette was in her car aimlessly driving around. Or that was what she thought. She stopped her car and found herself at the driveway of the house she shared with Tina. She got out of the car and went to the back. She wanted to make sure that no one was around. She went inside using her keys. She looked at her surroundings and was silently walking through room to room. She then stopped at a door. She recognized it being her and Tina’s bedroom. She slowly pushed it open and walked in. She felt instantly at peace upon setting foot inside the bedroom she shared with Tina.

Really enjoying this story as all ways. I see you did a little reverse of the bedroom appearance scene from Season 2, with the smelling of the pillow. I love Tina’s sneaky little move with the flowers. She let her go physically, because she loved her enough to do that, but emotionally(lovingly) and with her heart she is still there trying to win her woman.

See I don’t have to threaten Jodie, Vegas is already going to take care of that . LOL…i can understand Jodie wants Bette back, who wouldn’t but when its over, its over. She found love with Tina and the fat lady has left the building..
Cheating is still cheating as long as you’re married. But this update was ok. I’m not down with the whole walk out on Tina thing. She never really gave tina a chance and now she has tainted herself with Jodi. Eeew! I wish Tina had moved on. Thank you.

Aw yes, Tina did indeed put the inevitable into motion. Just a matter of time until Bette makes her appearance back into the life that she belongs in.
