The sun was rising fast above the downtown area as our girls were getting prepared for the next event. With the score Forty Licks 1 WEBLOW 1, things were just getting heated up and everyone was starting to feel the pressure of the competition. What had started out as friendly rivalry soon turned into a heated match thanks to the likes of Alice and Brian Kinney, possibly the two most competitive people on the planet. It was getting hot and humid in the stadium but the weather was the last thing on anyones mind.

The girls laughed at Shane and Alices banter and Alice was careful not to get too close to Shanes reach for fear of being cracked on the back of head again. The girls knew they had a few minutes before the next event so they wandered over to the score board to see how other teams were doing. It seemed the men were winning in the 18-25 year age group but the women were dominating the 36-45 year age group. Tina was happy to see the women doing so well and Shane was happy too since she knew there would be some young hearts to console later.

As soon as Bette heard that voice the hair on her neck started to stand up. Something about Brian Kinney was really starting to bug her. She turned to Tina with a raised eyebrow and a small smile on her face, a look which Tina knew all too well. Tina reached up and rubbed Bettes arms in comfort.
