    answering questions

    Kit, Helena, Tasha and Cindy stopped short when they saw Bette and Tina obviously sharing an emotional moment.  Alice seemed to have no awareness of the sense that they were intruding.  She continued with her questions as if the first one had been answered.

     

    “Are you really pregnant?” Alice peered at the brunette.  “I noticed that something was different about you.  You seem to glow or something.  At first I thought it was being back with the love of your life then I thought that Tina must have learned a few new moves to get you that happy.”

     

    “Alice!” Tina warned.

     

    “It’s ok TK we all know that the two of you can’t seem to stay out of bed these days.  Even when you are out of bed you are there.  God everyone can feel the sexual energy between the two of you all the time.  It’s even worse than it was the first time you two got together. Wait a minute, you two are not supposed to be together tonight.  Tina get off of Bette’s lap.”

     

    Tina eased back further into Bette and Bette shifted to make them both more comfortable.  

     

    “Do you actually want answers to any of your questions or do you plan to babble all night?” Bette asked raising an eyebrow. 

     

    “Of course I want answers” Alice rolled her eyes. “We all want answers, right?” She looked at Kit and Helena.  Kit kept her eyes glued on her baby sister. 

     

    “Is it true?” Kit asked hesitantly. “Are you pregnant?”

     

    “I am.” Bette answered. “We are.” She glanced down at Tina who smiled up at her.  They almost forgot that they were not alone and Tasha cleared her throat as Tina reached up to caress her face.  They turned reluctantly back to their audience. 

     

    “How did this happen?” Alice demanded. 

    “I would say the usual way which is not quite true but close” Tina smiled at them.  “I will take half the credit for her condition.”

     

    “You couldn’t wait until after the wedding?” Helena said dryly. 

     

    “What can I say? I’m quite virile and Bette is quite fertile.  We thought we would get a head start as it can take some time to get pregnant.  We are surprised but happy it happened on our first attempt this time.” Only Bette and Tina knew how true that statement was.

    4. Crazy Alice! A person can never get a word in edgewise with her around. Also…LOVED Tasha’s comment: “If Alice was pregnant and someone tried to hurt her I probably would have killed them.”!! Right on Tasha!! You’re doing great!! Can’t wait for more!

    6. Great update Kelika. Tina is my hero. Can’t wait for the wedding. Please tell me you will give us a few more chapters, we seem to have one whale of a story going on with a lot left to do. Post when you can.

    11. Man, when the Alpha side of Tina comes out, she just says what she wants to happen and that it. I am glad that they are not letting Shane go away and sulk. With her family is where she belongs.
