Part 25
A FEW WEEKS AFTER THE FUNERAL
“..Yes, I should arrive around 5 on the 23rd Bette” said Christopher Kennard
“That’s great Chris! I’m sure Tina will be very happy to see you” Bette replied
“Any change there Bette..?”
”No…No she’s still so distant..I’m finding it extremely difficult to reach her. She’s so depressed…so withdrawn, she doesn’t want to do anything…She’s doesn’t even seem to be interested in Angie Chris?…I’m at my wits end – I don’t know what to do?… I asked her to think about therapy..But she’s refusing to go see a counsellor. I’m so worried about her- I just hope you can pull her out of it?” The brunette replied truthfully
“I’ll have a hell of a try Bette” Mr Kennard replied
“Bette changed the subject quickly, thinking it’d be better to discuss Tina’s wellbeing face to face with her father as opposed to on the phone as they were doing at this moment.
“So Chris how did the sale of the house go?”
“I got a great price for it, I’m really chuffed! Although it was sad to leave it…I know I made the right decision…..I couldn’t stay there Bette…All the memories…I felt Chrissy everywhere…So L.A here I come! – God help you and my Christina!"
“God help you more like!…L.A is pretty wild! Pretty cosmopolitan…”
“You mean full of gay people?” Mr Kennard laughed
“Full of ALL types of people Chris!” Bette giggled knowing LA would really open this southern gentleman’s eyes
“I was thinking after New Year I could take you 3 and the gang away somewhere Bette- What do you think?”
”Sounds like a great idea!- It may be just the tonic that Tina needs”
“I can’t wait to see you all again-I’ve really missed you all, especially that beautiful granddaughter of mine!…Bette?… I hope I’m not inconveniencing you two by staying at Tina’s, I know it’s only a small house and you and Kayleigh are there, Wont it be a bit crowded?”
“I’ve not stayed at Tee’s that much since we came back Mr K…She doesn’t seem to want me there…But I’m pretty certain you’ll always be welcome at both our houses, and you can stay at either of our homes for as long as you want- it’s no problem” .Bette said in a friendly tone…Her voice disguising the hurt she was feeling inside…It was killing her that the blonde appeared to be pushing her away..

No! No! No! Nadia is a dragon, do not allow Bette to cheat, keep her strong against temptation. Tina needs to see that she is hurting Bette and get the help that she needs to overcome this depression.
i wanna kick tina for doing this to bette!! come on!!!!! iminlovewithtiona dont let nadia have her fun!!!!!! pls!!!!! u will broke my heart if bette will cheat again i dont care how unloved and need she feels!!i sure hope tina will wake up and relise she has the more beautiful and amazing girl in L.A
tina needs to snap too or else she is gonna have lots of trouble on her hands with nadia! :)PPS
GREAT update, it is understandable what Tina is going through, but she needs to snap out of it. I hope that Bette can hang on until Chris gets to town. I feel that he will be the key to snapping Tina out of her depression and back to her old self. Both Bette and Angie need their T back. Boy is Nadia in for a good old fashion butt kicking, country style.
WOW!!! Great CHapter!!!! Tina needs to snap out of her depression and see that she is going to loose Bette if she keeps it up. Nadia needs to go real bad. I hope Tina’s dad can help. Thanks PPS
Bette needs to put that Nadia in her place once and for all …. hopefully Tina’s dad will help her realize what she is doing to Bette.
I am not liking this Nadia woman at all. Someone please whisper in Tina’s ear to allow Bette to be there for. Also, let that whisper reach Bette’s ear to stay away from dragon lady Nadia.
Tina needs to get her head out of her arse quick, fast and in a hurry! Unfortunately, many have experienced the lost of a loved one but that is no excuse to put your self in a position to lose another unnecessarily and not be attentive to Angie. Wake up Tina!
I don’t think Bette will cheat but, I hope Tina wakes up soon and takes Nadia down a few pegs. Please help Tina pull through this quicker so she can feel the love again. PS

Great update but, please don’t let Nadia work her feminine wiles on Bette. Bette does not need to go there with Nadia she is trying to save her reconnection with Tina, she does not need to go to bed with that girl, besides it will jeopardize her job. And she has the most beautiful woman to come home to again, albeit at the moment she is too sick to acknowledge her love and life with Bette, please give them time to reconnect and let Bette, above all else, be PATIENT, of which she never has had enough. PPS
Tina meed help, maybe her father will make her out of her misery, poor Bette couldn’t help Tina. Ok Nadia need to be gone now, please no more drama for them. PPS!
