Bette lean in even closer to Tina and whispered three small words directly in to her ear. Kiss me Tina.

Well it certainly didnt take her long Tina thought to herself So Kennard, how are you going to get yourself out of this one. Tina decided to throw caution to the wind and do exactly what Bette knew she would never do.

Tina took two steps forward and forced Bette to backup right against her desk. Tina put her hands on the desk, one on either side of Bette. Making sure not to touch Bette with anything but her lips Tina bent forward and softly kissed Bettes lovely full mouth. Bette stifled a moan as Tina seductively ran her soft damp tongue over Bettes lower lip. Bettes second moan could not be stifled however, and Tina smiled to herself when she heard it. Bettes reaction to Tinas kiss made her just a little bit bolder. As Bette slowly parted her lips Tina quickly slide her tongue into Bettes mouth. Bette lifted her hands to try and take Tina into her arms but Tina gently held onto Bettes wrists and pulled them back down onto the desk. Tina slow and deliberately stroked her tongue in and almost out of Bettes mouth so as to not allow Bette the same access to Tinas mouth. Finally Tina pulled away to end the kiss but just before doing so she sucked hard on Bettes lower lip and once again Bettes not so quiet moan could be heard.

Tina stood back and smiled at Bette. This that what you were looking for? She nonchalantly asked.

Eric had now entered the office. Apparently he had heard Bette speak earlier. Hey Babe did you get the directions. We should really head home. It has been a really long week and I am more tired than I thought. Eric said.

Tina turned to face Eric. Yes I have got the directions. I am right behind you Baby Tina smiled. Eric returned the smile and walked back out of the office.

Tina once again turned her attention to Bette who was still leaning up against the desk with her month hanging open. Bette was unable to speak or move after that kiss. Tina coyly said to Bette. You know Ms. Porter; you can shut your mouth now as my tongue is no longer in it. Bette couldnt even manage to blink at this point.

Are you coming Babe. Eric called from the darkened hallway

Yes I am Tina called back as she turned around and headed out of Bettes office.

You are not the only one Tina..you are definitely not the only one. Bette thought to herself

After taking a few minutes to compose herself Bette walked back out to the party thinking. Alright Ms. Kennard, round one goes to you but believe me round two will be a completely different story.

As Bette entered the main gallery it took Alice all of two seconds to arrive at her side. Well what the ***** happened? Did you manage to cop a feel Alice squealed

No Miss Enquiring Minds I did not. You know Al not every girl can be seduced by the same methods as one would use on you. Some of them actually need more than a Hey wanna ***** whispered tenderly in their ear. Bette replied

Alice stuck out her tongue at Bette while continuing to study her friend’s flushed features. What exactly did go on in there then? You are looking mighty hot and bothered from where I am standing.

Yeah and where would that be Al, the land of the delusional crack *****. Bette quipped

Are you telling me you finally have an opening. Alice smiled back

Come on lets get out of here. We have a lot of work to do before round two..I mean Sunday Both women laughed and dashed off hand in hand.

By the time Sunday afternoon rolled around Bette was a nervous wreck and so was everyone else she had involved in her little plans.

Bettes town house was full of people most of which Alice had invited. Bette was please though as there seemed to be a nice mix. Of course Shane and Dana were almost as anxious as Bette for the arrival of Tina Kennard. Alice, true to form, had filled in everyone who was willing to listen about the new object of Bettes desire. In fact Alice had filled in even those who were not willing to listen. The feedback from almost everyone was the same. Did I hear you correctly, the girl is straight and she has a boyfriend. Thats right Alice would gleeful reply. Apparently Porters got a bigger ego than any of us imagined.

At 3:45 Bette was starting to panic that Tina was not going to show. Alice was also panicking as she had hoped for a floor show and also knew she didnt want to be within hundred miles of Bette Porter if Tina did not turn up. Alice breathed a sigh of relief as she heard the door bell ring. Bette seeing Alice head for the door bolted in front of her and pushed her down on the couch.

I thought you wanted to wait for our guest to leave before you ravished my drop dead gorgeous body. Alice said

Shut up or I will kill you. Came Bettes flustered response.

Oh clever Bette. How long did it take you to come up with that little gem? Bette gave Alice the finger and hurried over to the door.

As Bette opened the door she inhaled sharply as her eyes took in the sight of Tina. Tina was wearing a pale yellow dress and not much of anything else.

Hi Tina. Did you come by yourself? Bette hopefully asked

Tina laughed at Bettes obvious question and said Are you kidding me Bette. Like I would show up here without a body guard. Eric is just parking the car. Tina handed Bette a bottle of wine and followed her into the kitchen.

Your place is nice and I see there is a pool outside. That has got to be handy on hot days like today. Tina said

Yeah, unfortunately it is not just mine thought. The entire complex has access to it. But it is fun for BBQs and little gatherings like this. Bette wasnt sure why she was making polite conversation but something about this woman just rattled her. Bette quickly found herself looking into Tinas eyes and smiling. The doorbell rang as Bette continued to hold eye contact with Tina. After several seconds Tina spoke. Wasnt that the doorbell?

mmmhhh hhhhmmm was Bettes only reply

Shouldnt you answer it Tina asked

No.it is probably just Eric anyway. Bette teased

Dont you ever stop? Tina giggled

You know you dont really want me to stopdont you? Bette asked

Once again Tina was starting to feel the effects of this womans charm. She looked so much different than she had the other night at the gallery. Her hair was down and her lovely flowing dark brown curls framed her exquisite features beautifully. Bette was wearing a worn pair of Diesel jeans and a black form fitting tank top. Tina also noticed she had no shoes on her feet. Yes this certainly was a different look from the Channel suit and the three inch heals from Friday night. Tina decided she liked this look. She just hoped she didnt like it too much.

Alice wandered into the kitchen with Eric following. Look who I found she announced You girls can breath a collectively sigh of relief. See he wasnt lost after all. Bette gave Alice THE look and proceeded to welcome Eric.

The party was in full swing and several of the guests were now taking advantage of the pool. Alice, Dana and Shane were all studying every little exchange between Bette and Tina and all were amazed at Bettes obvious pursuit of Tina right under her boyfriends nose. Oh well they thought, if Tina doesnt mind why should we.

Bette headed back into the kitchen to get some ice when she spotted Tina trying to get a glass down from a high shelf in the cupboard. Tina was just a little too short to reach the shelf so Bette quickly lean in against Tinas back and grabbed the glass for her.

Thank you Bette. Was Tinas only response

Believe me when I tell you it was my pleasure. Bette flirted

Hey Porter we are going to play volleyball in the pool and you are my partner so move your *****. Alice hollered

That sounds like fun. Tina said I am coming to watch too. She quickly poured herself a glass of red wine and followed Bette and Alice out to the pool. Alice already had her bathing suit on but Bette was still fully dressed.

You’re not wearing that are you Bette. Dana asked

Nope I got a swim suit on under this. Bette slowly took off her top and jeans never once breaking eye contact with Tina.

Bette stood in front of Tina wearing the skimpiest red bikini Tina had ever seen. Tina pretended to be uninterested but when she went to take a drink form her wine glass she forgot to open her mouth and proceeded to spill the wine all down the front of her dress.

Bette smile and thought round two goes to Porter.

***** Tina yelled

Bette hurried over to give Tina a hand as Alice, Dana and Shane could only stare.

Come on we better get you out of that dress before it stains Bette pulled Tina back into the house and directly upstairs to her bedroom.

Here you can put these on Bette pulled out the small tightest T-shirt she owned from her dresser draw and a pair of navy blue running shorts.

Thanks Tina shyly replied These will be fine

Do you need any help changing? You know what they say about four hands being better than two. Bette offered

Tina laughed and said I think actually the saying is two heads are better than one.

Bette moved in closer to Tina. Well if it is my head you are interested in all you had to do was say so. Bette whispered

Tina knew she was scarlet from Bettes last statement but she was determined to hold her ground.

“Like I said the other night Bette. This is never going to happen.” Tina stepped in closer to Bette and placed her hand flatly on the middle of Bettes chest just above her ***** and proceeded to walk Bette backwards out of her bedroom and then close the door gently in Bettes beautiful smiling face.

That was a little too close for comfort Tina thought. This harmless flirtation may be getting just a little bit out of hand. But I must admit it certainly is fun.
