Bette carries her bags to the master bedroom and begins to unpack their clothes and toiletries. She grins as she thinks to her sweet but not so obedient girlfriend. A few more minutes pass before she heads down to the kitchen to grab them both some food. As she packs up the last items her phone begins to ring.
“Shit”, she glances down seeing that it is James, knowing it must be important for him to be calling on her day off. “James, what’s up?”
“Bette, hey, I’m so sorry I wouldn’t have called I know you’re on holiday and…”
“James really it’s fine, just get to the point” Bette interrupts, calmly tapping her fingers on the worktop, thinking to her girlfriend waiting upstairs.
“Sure, sure.” James stumbles. “It’s Alex Forde, she’s wanting the online figures for the last 6 months. She’s claimed the board have requested…”
“Yes I know this. They need them for their board meeting next week to approve the funding. I said I would get a full report to her by end of play Monday”
“Well she needs them for this afternoon” James says meekly.
“For fucks sake.” Bette puts her hand through her hair. “They’re with the accountant. Phone Jason now, he should have them ready. Get him to mail them to my phone now. I’ll need to approve them before you send them over. OK?”
“Yep I’ll do that right away. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.”
“Thanks James. I’ll email you as soon as I’ve OK’d them.” Bette begins to tuck the phone into her pocket when it begins to vibrate again. “Are you kidding me?” She connects “What?”
“Porter. You are always such a delight” Alice responds.
“Well I’m busy Al”
“Watcha doing?” Alice slowly and excitedly asks.
“That’s really none of your business”
“You’re no fun” Alice sits at a table in the quiet café, hoping that Bette would offer her some entertainment before her lunch date arrived.
“If you have nothing specific to discuss I’m going to have to go.” Bette moves the tray across the worktop desperate to return to the adorable girl upstairs.
“Are you with TK?” Alice teases.
“Al, bye”
“I bet you have her tied up somewhere don’t ya. See I know you’re all nasty really” Alice says, happy that they’re getting on to a more interesting subject.

That story was just delicious, and very daring, I must say! I enjoyed it, and also the push and pull of Bette and Tina’s relationship in this story. What so many don’t understand is that the game is absolutely imperative for some. It doesn’t shock or scare when done correctly, and the consensual nature of your story makes that very clear. Tina wants and needs that struggle, and Bette needs to give it to her. It’s the perfect balance, and it has made for a lovely story, along with all of the priceless comedy that has made this journey truly unique. Thank you for posting, and good luck on your project. You’ve been brave to share, and I know I’m not alone when I say that I’m glad you did.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every chapter of this story! You have done a tremendous job of maintaining the balance between Bette and Tina. In each chapter, you made it obvious how much they cared for one another.
