Magic In The Air Ch 22

Tina ran into the Gym just to see Callie being thrown across the room. 

“What the hell?” She said trying to figure out it it was a fight or a demon. 

Callie stood up and brushed her self off. 

“Is that the best you got?” She laughed. Tina could see her eyes were fire red. 

Callie had fire balls in each hand. She threw them across the room at Oliver, hitting him square in the chest with both of them. He flew backwards into the bleachers. He got up dazed. He yanked a sword away from the guy next to him and charged Callie. 

Callie smiled and conjured her sword. It came to life with flames. 

“You’ve got to stop them.” Ashley said running up to Tina. 

“STOP!” She yelled holding up hands trying to grab them with magic. 

“Coach Mann already tried that. They’re blocking him some how.” Ashley said. 

“What’s going on?” Tina asked moving towards them, but Callie was held her back with her powers. “Ashley what’s going on?” Tina demanded. 

“Umm. I don’t know.” Ashley lied. Tina fought hard against Callie’s hold but it was no use. 

Oliver struck first. Callie defended herself. Within in minutes Oliver was disarmed and lying on the floor under Callie’s sword. 

“You have to do something.” Ashley said again. 

“I’m trying she won’t let me.” Tina said. Ashley ran over to Callie. 

“Cal please, It doesn’t matter. Just let’s go.” Ashley pulled at Callie’s free arm. 

“No not until he apologizes.” Callie said. 

“Come on Oliver just do it.” Ashley said. 

“I’m sorry.” He said shaking. 

“He did it come on Cal let’s go.” Ashley said. Callie looked over at her and closed her eyes. She took a deep breath and when she opened her eyes again they were back to normal and the hold on Tina broke.

Tina reached them as Callie made her sword disappear and turned her back on Oliver. Allowing Ashley to separate them. 

“What the hell is going on?!” Tina demanded. 

“He started it ask him.” Callie said walking away from her. 

“You better be going straight to my office.” Tina said. Callie and Ashley kept walking. 

“Go ahead hide behind you’re lesi mommy’s skirt.” Oliver said loud enough for Callie to hear it. Callie’s body went stiff. Ashley’s grip tightened on Callie’s arm. 

“What did you say?” Tina asked. 

“Nothing” He responded. “She just went psycho and attacked me.” 

“Go clean you’re self up and I’ll meet you at my office.” Tina said. 

“Whatever.” He walked off towards the locker room. 

“Ned come here.” Tina said. Ned did as he was told. 

“Yes ma’am.” He said. 

“What happened?” She asked. 

“Well. Oliver was talking shit about you and Callie’s mom. She ignored it until he brought Ashley, Will and Jack into. She was just defending your honor.” Ned said.

“Who threw the first blow?” Tina asked. 

“Oliver did after Callie told him it took one to know one. He just lost it.” Bridget said. 

“Oliver threw a plasma ball at Callie and hit her in the back. Had we not been sparing with the belts on she’d probably be really hurt.” Ned said. 

“Okay thanks guys.” Tina said and headed to her office.
