    Tina wants to talk but Bette has something else in mind.

    Tina composed herself and walked slowly outside, taking deep breaths along the way.  Bette was still oblivious to her presence as she floated aimlessly around the pool.  Tina wished that Bette hadn’t taken her bikini top off.  Those perfect breasts were so damn distracting.  She smiled despite the inner turmoil she was feeling. Grabbing a towel as she passed the lounge she cleared her throat to announce her presence to Bette.

     

    Bette nearly fell off the float as she jumped upon hearing Tina clear her throat.  She recovered quickly, jumping off the float and crossing her arms to cover her breast.

     

    “Tina, you scared the shit out of me. How long have you been here?”

     

    “Long enough Bette.  I couldn’t help myself from watching.  I heard you too and think we need to talk.”

     

    Bette stared at Tina for a long time, taking in every inch of her former lover.  The love of her life would be more appropriate.  She had tried, really she had tried to forget.  Forget how much they loved one another.  Forget how good they were together in and out of bed.  Jodi was great but there was no comparison.

     

    “I don’t want to talk T.”

     

    She watched as Tina’s face took on sadness, realizing instantly that Tina had misinterpreted what she had said.

     

    “I don’t want to talk T, I want to show you how much I’ve missed you.”

     

    Tina’s face was completely transformed by the smile that quickly formed upon hearing Bette’s amended statement.

     

    “How do you plan on showing me Bette?”

     

    “Take your shirt off for me Tina.”

     

    It was a simple request, but one with so much underlying meaning and innuendo.

     

    Tina looked into Bette’s eyes and saw nothing but love and desire.  This was the moment she had prayed for.  Slowly she unbuttoned her white linen shirt, pulling the tail out of her jeans.  When she was done she threw it on the floor and stood there looking back at Bette.  She watched as Bette licked her lips and said “Now your bra.”

     

    Again Tina followed orders, reaching behind to unhook the simple white lace bra she had on.  The bra fell quietly onto the floor and Tina felt a light breeze caress her now naked breasts.
