    Tina is moving in with Bette…or at least attempting to.

    “Not fair!” Alice yelled as she rounded the corner huffing and puffing and holding her side.

    “I think it’s darn fair” Bette replied as she jogged circles around Alice who was currently bent over and looked like she was about to die.

    “No way! You cheated Porter” Alice sputtered out as she took a swing at one of Bette’s legs.

    “Come on Al, suck it up” Bette laughed as she easily dodged out of the way.

    Just then Tina and Dana came out from the house with their arms full of various bags and boxes. “Hey, aren’t you guys suppose to be loading up the van” Tina said as she placed yet another box on the growing pile beside Bette.

    “Yeah babe, don’t worry, we are” Bette said easily picking up the box and loading it in the back of the moving van.

    “I am starting to think maybe you didn’t want me to move in with you” Tina called after Bette.

    “Whoa! Hang on, What?!” Bette said suddenly reappearing from the van with a look of panic plastered across her face.

    “Well with your slow progress and all….” Tina said with a shrug as she looked to the side trying to hide her smile.

    “Hey, wait HANG ON!” Bette said walking quickly up to Tina and wrapping her arms around her waist.

    Tina merely shrugged her shoulders again refusing to look at Bette. She didn’t chance saying anything more for she knew once she opened her mouth, she would burst out laughing.

    However Bette took Tina’s silence as a sign of doubt. She quickly bent down and picked up a box and tossed it at Alice causing her to tumble backwards and fall to the ground with a thud. “Come on Al, hurry up, let’s get my girl packed” Bette said picking up another box and running it to the van.

    “AL stand up already, I need to get Tina packed up” Bette said as she ran past Alice, who was still on the ground, and grabbed yet another waiting parcel.

    Tina couldn’t hold it any longer and burst out laughing at her frantic girlfriend which caused Bette to stop suddenly in her tracks. She turned slowly to see Tina with tears running down her cheeks. Slowly she walked back up to Tina.

    9. OMG, this is frigging HILARIOUS !!! I swear I almost fell off my chair… Snake ! Snake !!! Alice is crazy !… I just can’t stop giggling.Now, that sounded vaguely like a personal experience. Don’t tell me that “snake twist” actually happened to someone you know… LOL ! Anyway, I loooooove the way you portray B and T ( as usual ) and your Alice cracks me up. Gosh, K, I’m so freakin’ glad that you decided to come back to us, and not only for the benefit of reading your wonderful story (which I haven’t yet, I will very soon, but I was so extatic that I wanted to leave you a note right away!), but also cause I know how much you enjoy writing, and that means that indeed you took some time for yourself, and that I’m so so so glad about!
