    What will Angie do?

    “Angie? Are you okay?” Jackie asked genuinely concerned. Angie stood in front of her with her mouth open wide in shock.

     

     

     Is Angie upset with me that I told her ex that we had sex? And of course there was the lie: girlfriends.  

     

     It was obvious to her that Angie heard the conversation that had occurred behind the door. Hearing Joss’ nasty prejudice towards those less fortunate than she was so unnerving that she couldn’t help but not leave her unchecked.

     

     

    Angie couldn’t believe her day. First Joss shows up unexpectedly and has the nerve to call her baby and upset her. And then there was Jackie her fling for a night that now ends up being her boss. That day they met in bar she had just seen her as a beautiful blonde, nice body, nice smile and mesmerizing blue eyes. But now, now she felt different about her.  

     

    “You’re my hero!” Angie blurted out.

     

    Oh god! Angie covered her face with her hands.  Did I really just say that? Jesus, Angie, you mind as well drop your pants and show her the diaper that’ll match your brain right now. Ugghhh..

     

    Angie uncovered her face. “I mean thank you. Thank you for saying all of that.” She pointed to the door. “She’s…well we’re not together.” Angie wondered why she had felt the need to say that to her. “Really I’m embarrassed that I ever was with her.”

     

    “I gathered that.” Jackie smiled, relieved that Angie wasn’t upset with her and even more especially that Angie said they were over. She hadn’t been really sure since Angie seemed so upset. “Don’t worry about it. I don’t like people like her–the kind-who think money can buy them anything and everything, even people…” Jackie shook her head. 

     

    Minutes passed and the two stood staring at each other as if they have just met for the first time.  

     

    Angie wore tight blue jeans and a black tank top that showed an ample amount of her mocha cleavage. Her hair was down and looked very much like Bette’s curls except hers were lighter having had inherited Tina’s blonde genes. Jackie licked her lips; she had found Angie so attractive and even though they didn’t know each other that well there was something about her that drew her towards her.

    2. Thanks for the update. Crazy but a great story. Joss has seen the light and hopefully knows when to back off. Angie is truly and amazing young woman with her skills and character. Peggy is just too funny sometimes.

    5. Lol I think I smiled through this entire chapter. I’m really loving this. Jackie and Angie are so cute together, very much like a young B & T. Joss definitely needs to fall off the edge of a high cliff somewhere. Can’t wait for more !

    6. You’re right I love this chapter, it was so funny. They were so funny and poor Angie keeps dropping herself into the brown stuff. Maybe joss has learned a very valuable lesson and she will learn even more when she talks to Peggy. I’ve always loved Peggy P., she is one awesome woman, and she has no peer. Tina was funny too. I would love to have seen Tina wring joss’ neck which she deserved. I don’t remember reading anything before where Tina was the proverbial Mama Bear. They should have let Tina get the little (w)itch. I still say Angie is just spoiled rotten but she is beginning to have a lot of very redeeming qualities as the story goes on. She shows whose daughter she is and the large heart she has, that’s great. I will rescind my previous comments because she has turned the corner for me but, I know she will get into other scrapes in the future. Maybe being with Jackie will calm her down a bit. Great update, hilariously funny. LOL!!! Thanks for posting.

    9. I love that this story is from a different perspective, I’ve had to stop myself from laughing out loud at so many things. People might think im crazy especially when on public transport. What’s a bottom up? A blouse sorry I’m from the UK so I don’t have a clue.

    11. Seems Angie may get serious with Jackie. Good riddance to Joss. What’s Angie going to do with all of these donations her foundation has secured. Doesn’t she have to distribute all of those funds or else be subject to fraud charges or something? She’d better get with it. Maybe Grandma Peggy can advise before the girl gets in even more trouble.
