PREVIOUSLY…
“Can I ask you just one question before I go?” Peter asked.
Bette sighed. “Okay. What?”
“Is it because of me that you are gay now?” He wanted to know.
Bette frowned. “No and who says I’m gay? I’ve never said I am.”
“But you are dating a woman.” Peter said.
“That just means I’m dating a woman, not that I’m gay. You have your answer, go now.”
Peter looked to the ground. “Okay… Sorry I hit you. I’ll miss you.” With that, he walked away. Bette took a deep breath and turned around, looking at Tina who looked upset.
“Bette, what am I to you? You are just dating a woman? I don’t want to be your straight girl experiment. I really don’t.” Tina said, sounding cold.
Bette stepped closer. “No, you are not just an experiment Tina. I really like you but you have to understand that this is all very confusing to me and that I just don’t know what to do or say when somebody asks me if I’m gay because I don’t know. If I would just be using you for an experiment, I would have at least kissed you but I didn’t because I don’t want to hurt you if it turns out that I’m not gay… I’m sorry if it seems like I’m using you, because I’m not. I really, really like you, Tina. You have to believe me.”
Tina looked down and sighed. “Okay, I’m sorry. I’m overreacting.”
Bette smiled. “I’m sorry our first date had to end this way… But maybe, uh, our next date will end better?”
“Oh, so you’re counting on another one huh?” Tina asked, smiling.
“Kinda… Can I call you tomorrow?” Bette looked shyly. Tina found it very cute.
“Yeah, you can call me. I’m going to leave now.” Tina said.
“Okay… Bye.” Bette said.
“Bye.” Tina said and turned around, walking to her mother’s old car that she had borrowed. She got into it and waved to Bette who waved back before driving away. Bette smiled before walking inside. This had been a nice date; she couldn’t wait to call Tina.
CHAPTER FOUR…
Tina: Hello.
Bette: Hi, it’s Bette.
Tina: Hey, how are you?
Bette: I’m fine. How are you?

This is such an incredibly, sweet story! By the way, I kinda like a little drama..really great update!

Hey *I*Am*Who*I*Am*, That was adorable and sweet. The love between Bette and Tina just bloosoming perfectly. It was good that Tina allowed Bette to take her home as Tina can’t be ashamed of her upbringing and family home. Bette is beginning to see the real Tina and loves her all the more for it. Bette can be a snob but Tina is there to bring her back to touch. Now that the gals are going steady I can’t wait to read more of this amazin adventure. Please post more soon. A Fan.

It’s good that Bette figured what she wants before asking for that second date. Cuz it’s really unfair to Tina. And I think Tina should chill a little when it comes to “money” thing. Remember, If Bette Is a “snob” she won’t give Tina her time?.. She’ll Have that “Not in my league” syndrome.
I like these two despite the differences like age and social status they still look together i just think that Tina should be more mature than she already is. The thing about her mom not ever going to a gynecologist, i think Bette was just being concerned but i guess Tina somehow took it the wrong way, so maybe Tina needs a little more understanding. Thanks for this wonderful story and pls post soon :-)
