As the morning sun hit the Porter-Kennard residence a seemingly unreal calm encompassed the two lovers. Tina was lying on her side with one arm tucked under her head as support and she had a small smile on her face, which probably reflected the wonderful dream she was having. Meanwhile Bette was asleep on her side as well facing Tina with one hand unconsciously intertwined with Tinas, something that proved how strong their love was, no matter how distant they appeared to be. Tina gripped Bettes hand a little harder making her suddenly aware of it and she slowly fluttered her eyes open and stared at the woman in front of her.

Tina looked at her girlfriend and sighed a happy sigh of love. Last night had been an emotionally draining end to the past few weeks and although things might have gone bad but maybe something in the two of them had changed and they were going to work harder at the things they seemed to be lacking lately. Tina could tell that Bette had really heard the things she was trying to say last night by the fact that Bette didnt just get upset and let her anger get the better of her. That was the Bette of old. The new Bette understood that while Tina might not have done a great job of presenting her feelings or talking about what she really wanted to talk about, that Tina had needed some reaffirmation that Bette understood what they really fought about a few weeks ago.

Tina giggled slightly as she noticed the smile that Bette had on her face. Bette was talking in her sleep and from the sound of things and the relaxed smile Bette had on her face Tina could almost guarantee she knew what Bette was dreaming about.

Tina moved a little closer to Bette being careful not to break their contact but also not to awaken Bette from her dream. Tina snuggled up against Bette and she immediately felt Bette wrap her arms around her and slide one leg between her thighs. Tina could feel Bettes soft breathing on her neck and she let out a surprised gasp when she felt Bette slide one hand up her shirt.
