SECOND CHANCES 12
Sure, I see the Big Apple is making you humorous. I have to leave you Bette, my boss is on the other line…Bye.
Bye Tina.
After ending the conversation Bette spent a few minutes astonished, she didn’t knew what surprised her more if the sentence about Helena and her pants or Tina’s reaction thinking it was a joke. It seemed that except for Alice the idea of Bette and Helena being friends or being in a relationship was much more than impossible for the rest of her friends. For a few seconds Bette started to think that maybe it was true that being more than a friend to Helena was a big mistake, but she rejected the idea as soon as she started to feel aroused thinking about how wonderful Helena was.
While getting dressed both women starting to think about what date could meant in the future. Being together in New York it had been easy but once at home… what would Tina think about them dating?
What Helena feared most was her past. She had been some kind of Cruella de Vill to Bette. Helena feared what would happened once the nice atmosphere created outside Los Angeles would be gone in a few days.
Bette feared more or less the same that Helena, but was most afraid of was of love and being love again, it had been really long since the last time she really felt loved or desire for someone and though during the last years of her marriage she had loved her wife it was not like the love she had for Tina when they first met.
However there was one thing in what both women agreed. Alice and Peggy would be the ones that most happiness will show for them.
Alice was really worried about her friends not finding someone that really cared for them and for the last months she had realised that something good was growing between Helena and Bette. Peggy was different, she was going to love the possible idea of her single daughter dating Bette but it was going to be complicated to explain the her that Bette would belong to Helena and not the her. Peggy had loved Bette since the first time she had put her eyes on her and in her inside she had always thought that Bette would be the perfect influence for her daughter.

Sounds good to me…thats how I always view these two…like they’re scared because they have been hurt terribly by love and they’re so very similar…pps
