There had been a lot of confusion lately, Alice and Dana werent sure if they should continue sneaking around. Alice felt the worst especially since she gave Shane an hour lecture about seeing woman who are already involved with somebody else even if they didnt happen to love them. However, Alice thought playing the case in her head, she was always the good one and for once she wanted to do something stupid and juvenile, like everyone else.

Dana too wanted to do something just a wild, she felt that she had lived her life the way everybody else wanted her to and finally it was time to break free. Except nobody else really understood, Alice did of course but the rest of the gang looked at her like she was a disease. Well she couldnt really say that, Shane laughed for a few minutes then ordered a drink but Dana was sure that she wasnt being supportive.

So they were on their own, if they wanted to be reckless and wild theyd have to do it alone but together. Alice seemed ready for it but Dana still held back a little. After all she was still engaged and just prolonging telling Tonya she was in love with another woman. Its worst then telling my parents i was *****. Dana tried to explain once and Alice searched for a part of that sentence that wasnt offensive. She knew it was too late for them to back off each other, they knew how in love they were with each other, it was a terrible happiness.

I love you. Alice once shouted on pure accident to Dana. She was afraid of her reaction but surprisingly it was welcomed with serval kisses. Dana said it back a few days later and thats when they both knew that they were in this for the long haul. And surprisingly, they welcomed it.

One night Alice came home to find a envelope hanging on her door, the word ALICE clearly written in Danas hand writing. The card told of her love for Alice and surprises that were sure to come and it warmed Alices heart. But once she walked into the front door she saw her place filled with candles and roses…and Dana standing in the kitchen holding a single red rose. I have to tell you something. She had said. Alice was amazed, she looked at her place and her jaw dropped completely. Tell me in the morning. She responded.

Often times Dana would leave a message on Alices phone that said Tonya was a nutcase and she missed Alice that much more. Alice loved to check her messages for those simple seconds when she could hear Danas sweet voice. Sadly Alice could never returned the favor by saying how much she missed Dana because they were always paranoid that Tonya might listen to it. There was once when Alice left a message saying Dana to dinner, purely as friends and Tonya heard the message. It was like a mother finding a love letter their boy/girlfriend had written because she had tripped assuming that Alice might as lovers. Ironically, thats exactly what Alice meant but Tonya doesnt know that.

There was this one time, anytime they talked about it they blushed, that Dana came over one day right after tennis practice. She was hot and sweaty and still in her tennis uniform. Alice found this most interesting and the next day she rented a cheerleader uniform so next time Dana came over, theyd each have something to cheer for.

But it wasnt always about finding new cheesy ways of having ***** in the middle of the afternoon. Dana once told Alice about her childhood, about how she missed the sight of snow ever though she had never been around it much. Alice, trying to be romantic, ordered a few pounds of fake snow and covered her place it that fake snow. When Dana came over she melted, loving that Alice would remember and take the time to do something like this for her. Her smile never faded, even as Tonya called demanding to know were she was. Alice hung up the phone for Dana and told her that she wasnt leaving until Alice said so. This time, Alice wanted to listen to what somebody else was telling her. And it was well worth it, Alice showed her why its good having a girlfriend who is bisexual.

Looking back on it however, Alice favorite memory was when Dana told Tonya she wanted to wait to have *****. In reality it was because she was in love with Alice but naturally Tonya didnt know. Dana pointed out its a sin to have ***** before marriage according to the Bible. But that tactic was brought down when Tonya also pointed out that homosexuality was a sin too, according to Danas beloved Bible. Well murdering people in the Bible is okay and as we all know thats actually a crime now. So we can wait… It shocked Alice how forceful Dana could be when she wanted too. Its *****.

Shane was the first to catch on to their little adultery or thats what she called it anyways. It wasnt hard to realize that they were involved but everybody else had their own problems, but not Shane. Of course she had them but she pretended like she was freaking Super(wo)men and she never showed them. Shed rather get involved with Alices, saying that it was pay back from Alices famous CHART.

You know, since seeing woman who are involved with other people is so wrong Alice, why do you do it so well? Shane asked handing Dana and her a beer one night.

Shut up, Shane. Why dont you go and crawl back up the vodka bottle you crawled out of this morning. Dana said angrily. But Shane laughed it off and Alice knew Shane just wanted something to toy with while she sorted out her own problems.

It was funny though, because Alice thought that Shane was a pain about this but it was nothing like when Tina found out. At first she congratulated them, then she cried, yelled, bitched, cried some more. Danas heart sunk first and Alice followed right away because it was an up-close-and-personally encounter on what they were going to do to Tonya. Still, they couldnt stop what they had already began. Tina, this is different.

No, i cant…tell me in the morning! Tina shouted.

And finally Bette found out. She stared blankly at them, they wondered if she was sad or not. It was hard to read Bette ever since her and Tinas mishap. I just cant believe it. She said and that was all they heard. When they got back to Alices house Dana looked hard into Alices eyes and smiled. This is starting to get ugly!

Lets talk about it in the morning. Dana smiled, Tonya was out of town, how ironic.

But as time passed Alice and Dana started to want to be able to kiss in public. Actually it wasnt kissing, they wanted to be able to be with each other, together not just as friends. Dana kept getting called away because of Tonya and Alices job made it even harder for them to see each other at times.

We need to talk. Alice said one night holding a single glass of wine in her hand. It looked as if she had been crying and Dana was scared to hear what had to be said.

Im not going to like to hear this, am i? Dana asked noticing the bottle of wine half way empty.

I think we should… But Dana shook her head.

I dont want to hear it. Tell me tomorrow, in the morning…please. Alice shook her head.

We cant anymore. But Dana rushed to Alices side and kissed her all over to try and make her forget.

Tell me in the morning, not tonight, not tonight, not tonight…PLEASE! Dana said now crying as well. I LOVE YOU! Ill tell Tonya if you want me to. Just please Alice… it wasnt always sad between them and it wasnt always happy. They were in love, blissfully in love with all the goodies attracted.

Im the morning. Alice began. Dana do you love me?

Yes, god yes! Dana proclaimed.

I love you too. Alice told her. But Tonya loves you too. So who do you love? it didnt even take Dana a moment to think about it.

You. Alice smiled.

In the morning, Id like to go out to breakfast. Thats all she said. Dana took a seat next to her and held her hand. In the morning, they were going out for breakfast.
