Finding Out

It was Sunday. Sam was about to meet Dana up at the planet along with the rest of the gang. Sam rode her bike and got there about half hour before everyone would.

Sam went up and spoke to Marina bit, she told Marina what happened already over AIM. With a nod and thank you, Sam took her Latte, and slinked over to the her couch, flopping on it, she put he headphones on, dozing off a bit like she always does.

Tina and Bette were first to get there.

Shes always doing that.. Bette said with a laugh, taking a seat on the other couch, Tina just shook her head, sitting next to her, Sam yawned wide. Oh look the monster is awake.. Tina joked.

Roar..TinaRoar Sam said opening her eyes. I dont sleep, I doze, there is a major difference, Sis.

Hey Sam, Tina and Bette. Alice and Shane walked in.

Heya Monkey and Alice.. Sam said waving, sitting up straight in the couch, looking at the doorway for Dana.

She spotted her goofy girlfriend from afar, got up and Alice saw the whole scene, she got Tina, Bette and Shanes attention.

Hey.. Sam said giving Dana a hug and light peck on the lips. Dana was blushing, Sam always manage to make the ladies blush.

Marina came by. They havent hooked up yet, theyre taking it slow and easy, for both their sakes. Marina said smiling at Shane then looking at Sam and Dana.

How ***** are you anyway?! Dana asked with more of dense expression then one question. I mean no one I knowlistens to Cher, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Kristine W. and Amberyoure just really *****, Sam.. Dana said looking at the CDs then grinning at Sam.

Shane and Bette stayed hushed, because they didnt want to be on Sams bad side for the day.

Yeah, but not as much as before, seeing how there is nothing but ***** coming out Japan lately. Im old school. Sam said. You know we havent had a good old movie night since I moved back. You know a Drama, Comedy and a Anime. Sam said sipping her latte.

No we havent Shane said. God I dont know who is worse your sister or Aliceits like when you were in college, Sam.. Shane laughed.

Yeah tell me about it.. Sam said, poking Bette for no reason. Earth to Mama..

Sorry..was just dazing off, picking up your habits, Sam Bette said, poking Sam back.

Im plotting to kill your wife, Bette. Sam said glaring at her sister. and Alice.. Sam said glaring at Alice. I still own the coffens.. Sam just gave her sister and Alice her best Scary-*****-Serious-Im-gunna-kill-your-*****-face.

It Monday morning Sam and Bette walked into the CAC together. Sam groaned at the stickers and looked at Bette, she gave Sam a smile.

Have you dealt with this before, Sam? Bette asked Sam.

Yeah..JAS got hit bad when Synthical Christology was in London. I was there for pickup when it came in the night before we opened it, wasnt pretty site. Sam spoke. Im glad I know how to handle these things. Sam said.

We never got Synthical Christology, I heard its really..eh..morribid… Bette said handing Sam a cup of coffee. Thanks.. Sam said sipping the coffee. Im going to start a search on who could be doing this, which groups..and such.. Sam said heading off into the room next to Bettes office.

Which had about 4 computers for Sam to use, Sam was a wiz when it came to looking for information and hunting down people. Sams phone rang. Kennard? Sam spoke. Hey Sweetie, how are you? Bette was about to walk in, but smiled to Sam, listening to them talk. She thought to herself. Theyre so cute Sam spoke. Ill see you at lunch, darlin. Sam hung up.

Bette..I know your there.. Sam said. Bette came in, and sat on the couch in the room.

Something bothering you, Bet? Sam asked, typing away at one computer, and the other one. Talk to me..

Its nothing.. Bette was cut off by Sam. Its not nothing, somethings on your mind.

Im just thinking about what you said too me, when you found out about Tina and I. Bette said. That you loved me liked a sister, just dont hurt my sisterso I love Dana like a little sister, so just dont hurt her, Sam. Bette said looking at Sam.

Sam could tell Bette was hiding something else. I wont.. Sam said sincerely looking at Bette. Sam looked back at her the computer screen, typing in something with one hand, and moved to Mac on the spinner, turning it around. This is a list of National and International groups and companies that are known and have moved against are galleries that are holding art that they consider filth. Ive emailed JAS, and asked them about some other groups, theyll email me and then you, theyll be more then happy to help us out in anyway that they can, seeing how theyve been attacked before. Ive been through this a few times while working at JAS and the OAL. Sam said looking at Bette.

Sam said with a few clicks sent Bette the email, and went back to browsing the groups and the companies that fund them. Ill kick their bloody asses if they dare get bleeding personal. Sam hissed out, she was a bit annoyed about what she read about three groups.

Monday Lunch

Bette and Sam rode in the same car to Sams House. They were meeting Tina and Dana for lunch. They got theyre early, because Sam stays on top of Bette about being early. Sam and Bette walked into Sams house. Sam pressed play on her CD player, some BT was playing through the house. Sam went into the kitchen getting everything ready. Bette..before they get here, I need to talk to you, about what JAS sent me back, I didnt email it to because I rather talk about this.

Bette stood in the kitchen. Alright..what is it? Sam handed her a Izze Lemon already opened for her.

Well there are a total of 5 National Groups that are all funded by CAA, Christians Against Art, which is backed up by the state, which means its up there. Sam spoke while mixing the salad dressing together. Those five groups are KNOWN for their violent actions. They wont aim big right away, stickers and videos and a bunch of people out side the gallery praying and handing out flyers is what they start of with. Then they become very personal, Bette. As in going to our homes, placing signs in our front yards, spray painting canvases 20 by 23 and nailing them to peoples front doors. The worse ones are DWAC, AAA and GAASMRF. Down With Art Christians, Angels Against Art, and my personal favorite Gods Angel and Saints Must Remove Filth. They are the top 3 who are known to go that far, Bette. Lets not jump the gun though.. Sam said having setted 4 spots already.

Will discuss this in my office, but not now.. Bette said as Tina and Dana came through the door. Tinas been telling all sorts of stuff, Sammy.

Dana walked up to Sam, wrapping her arms around her, hugging her. Really now? Sam said, glaring at her sister, kissing Dana softly on the lips.

Only what she asked, Sam. I swear nothing over PG-13 rating.. Tina said, kissing Bette. Honey you okay?

Ive called this meeting together, because we have to be on alert, just for future reasons. Bette spoke. Provocations are drawing more then friendly viewers. Sam Kennard will explain this to you all. Bette sat down, Sam stood.

Hello, Im Sam Kennard, some of you know me and some of you dont. Sam began.
Like Bette said..Provocations are drawing more then friendly viewers. I used to live London and Paris. I worked for JAS, Jans Art Studio and the London Art Company. The London Art Company, a branch from Londons Fine Arts Company, was attacked about year and half ago. There 5 groupsChristian groups that are very violent, forceful and tend to get very personal. When LAC was attacked, it had Sythical Christology..for you who dont know what that isjust say its under Provocations. Three out of the 5 groups, are known as DWAC, AAA and GAASMRF. Down With Art Christians, Angels Against Art, and my personal favorite Gods Angel and Saints Must Remove Filth. They are the top 3. Theyve been known to do more then place stickers on our doors and windows. Theyll become forceful and personal. They are not a threat now, but if and when they do decide attack, youll all be informed. Here are the information on each of the groups, who funds them, who runs them. Sam had James hand everyone a 3 folders of each of the groups. Any questions? Sam asked.

Well I speak from personal experiences with the GAASMRF, they took a 20 by 25 canvasespainted black with something looking like this Sam took out the canvases that had been nailed to her London home door. It was 20 by 25, painted black, and with this painted on it. [Homosexual Filth that lives here, shows filth that is called art, is going to *****] Sam showed it with a smirk. Most likely if they do attack, theyll go after the main people that work here, mainly Bette. Sam said turn her smirk into frown. Any more questions? Sam asked. Sam couldnt hurt anyone of her blood or anyone she loved, but if anyone of her blood or any she loved was threatened, she would become a very different person. Bette made it home about 5 minutes later.

This thing with Provocationsand if these Christian groups attack and such..it has Sam all tightened and somewhat dark. Shes been through this before I knowand she handled it well, but I know Sams has a very mean temper and not to mention she has a habit of becoming violentand.. Bette rambled.

HunnyI know you worry about Samyes I know my sisters historyshes always been like thistill we see her in her mood, then will act on it, but Sam will be nothing but annoyed with you if you ask her about it.. Tina stated.

What about Dana? Bette said, holding her wife close to her. I think Sam needs to tell Dana about it. Bette stated.

BabySam does a lot things to keep her temper and violent habits in check. She hasnt gotten either in over 2 years. I trust my sister, Bette, just dont worry about it. Tina said, pulling her wife into the bedroom.

It was only 8:00Dana looked at her clock for the 3rd time in only 5 minutes.

Sam and her talked a bit at lunch, about the relationship they were in. They both wanted it slow and relaxed. They were very comfortable with being around each other. Dana still had a lot to know about Sam. She wanted to know more about her. Tuesday is Sams day off, so she knows Sam stays up at the ungodly hours, being 3:00 am, either working on piece of art or fencing or playing on the computer.

Alice is away. Shanes not even on. Tina is away. Bettes on, but at home with Tina. Kits not even on. Sam is on, no away message just idle.

Dana put her away message on, got up and picked up Mr. Piddles.

I wonder if Sam likes cats.. Dana talked to her cat. I think she does Dana was rubbing Mr. Piddles behind the ears. Because she has a lot of cat blankets. Mr. P lets out a soft purr. She has a thing for tigers..and that spotted cat Dana spoke to Mr. Piddles. and its not the one that runs really fast either..

Dana knocked on the door, she noticed a note saying its open. She went in, locked it and made her way in. Sam wasnt in the living room nor kitchen. She walked into Sams Art Room, not there. She then walked the hallway, not there either. She came into Sam-chans Dojo. Sam was there. Whoa she was there

Sam was wearing white karate pants, and white tanktop, with a white sports bra, around her waist was white karate belt, which she wasnt she was a black belt. She was doing Tai Chi and using a Tai Chi wooden sword.

Dana stood watching Sam.

Sam moved very graceful, had her eyes closed, she turned and faced Dana, bowed and walked over to her smiling. Hi..

Hi.. Dana said, trying to keep her eyes off Sams body. Youre all sweaty..

That normally happens when you work out. I do this as a warm out. Sam said. Do you want to try some stuff? Sam asked grinning.

What can you teach me, besides fencing? Dana asked blushing at Sam.

I can teach you about the art of the sword Sam walked over to the wall, picking up a silver katana. Holding it to her hip from the end of the sword. I can teach you about metalswelding She did like a showcase would to prize to the sword, she put it back. I can teach you how to paint.show you how to make a glass… Sam said, walking over to Dana, wrapping her arms around her. I want to ask you something..

Sure.. Dana said, leaning into Sam.

Dana manage to trip Sam once, made her tumble a few times and won a fencing matchmake that two by 11:30 PM. Sam was in shock no woman nor man has done that with NO EXPERIENCE. NONE!

Holy *****.. Sam said flopping to the floor, removing her mask, needing it after all, she was panting heavily. How did you manage that?

Dana was panting too. I have no idea.. Dana walked over to Sam, lazily dropping the foil, taking off her mask guard, and leaning down over Sams body. All I know is that I want to kiss you..

It was Tuesday, Sams day off. Dana was at a photo shoot. Sam was on her normal couch, with her headphones on, dozing like she normally would. Bette was at work, Sam told her to call her if she needed her. Sam was worn out from last night. Fencing with Dana was great, but afterwards, both Dana and herself were both ready to pounce each other. It was insane. She was falling for Dana, and falling hard. Something about Dana just sparked a lot of different things in Sam. Since Sam has been living here, its been past 3 weeks, she never felt so happy. She had her sister and her sisters wife, who were going to have a baby, which made Sam very happy, happy to be part of her sister and Bettes life. She had her friends Marina, Shane and Alice, and there was Dana, her girlfriend, soon to be lover. Sam sighed walking up from her little power nap, took her headset off and went over to counter to order another latte.

Mon ami, you alright? Marina asked, giving Sam her Latte, going out from the counter walking with Sam back to couch.

Nothings wrong..Marina..everything is finejust this thing with Provocations is making a bit edgey, everything is finewait I take that back..I think I am falling for Dana. Sam said looking at her friend.

It was about 3:15. Alek, Sam and Alice were all chatting, when Sam spotted a young guy about maybe 29 or 30. Tall, lanky, blue eyes, blonde hair a southern grown farm boy, Sam snickered to herself thinking. Poor Danacant wait to see this.. Alice just shuddered. I cant stand pure bred men.. She said, Alek was just so amused by Alices wit and her backbone, he laughed at her comment.

And what I am? Alek asked as Sam rolled her eyes.

Wow.. Alek was beginning to say, but cut off by Alice and Sam. Danas here.. Alice got up and sat behind the Pure Bred Man.

Sam heard this, she just grinned and said to Alek. Yeah..and its mine.. Alek shook her head they were nearly 4 tables over from where Andrew and Dana were sitting, Alice was sitting right behind Andrew.

Alek said with a laugh, he was happy for Sam, the last time they saw each other was when Alek was in London.

Sam blushed, Dana turned her head down and kissed Sam on the lips softly. Sam blushed more. Just then Danas cell phone rings, she looks at it. ***** its my mother.. Alice, Alek and Sam look her. Dana answers the phone, gets up off of Sams lap, and walks into one of the more private areas.

I have a bad feeling about this Alice said and Alek then spoke. I agree

About another 30 minutes and Dana came back..Mother is having a dinner party on Thursdayshe wants me there. Dana sighed, Sam got up, pulling Dana into a hug.

Tomorrow was the Dinner Party. Danas parents were in denial big time. Alice, Alek and Sam were all going, because they wanted to support Dana, and be there in case something does happen. Sam was at the CAC, things have been very silent, and she never did like it. It always freaked her out, had her annoyed, had her uptight, and even alone. She was working on the computers, at finding certain dates on certain pieces of art.

Bette was in her office, chatting to Alice and Tina online, while working. It was just a laid back day, everything was nice and calm. Bette was enjoying the day for once.

Tina was at home looking up information on becoming a mom. Sam went nuts and bought pretty much every other book. She was talking to Bette online and Alice. Their topic was Sam and Dana. How cute they are together, how happy they are for them.

Alice told them about Alek. She dumped Lisa, which was very amusing Tuesday night. Alice and Alek are hitting it off. Alek is the type of guy who loves everyone and everybody. He is always there for Sam, and Sam was there for him. Alice told them that Danas Mother is throwing a dinner party, and Alek would go along with Sam and Alice, but Sam said she would go by herself, and in case something were to happen, Sam would be at Danas side in heartbeat. Alek would go as Alices date. Another thing that bothered Alice was Alek straight yet he drove a Subaru Baja. It was amusing.

Shane was having a good day too. She met Alek, and the two hit off, they plan on going out drinking tonight.

Dana was in meeting with Subaru, she had this knew Agent a woman, married with one kid, a daughter, her agent was more then cool with Dana being a *****. Her name was Rebecca, she went by first name bases, she told Dana that her sister is a *****, and she didnt have any problem with ***** or *****. She went to pridefests and all. Dana and Rebecca decided to have lunch and talk. Rebecca was acting more as a friend then someone who was her Agent, Dana liked the woman, and was more then happy to have someone like this as her Agent. Alek and Sam both told her about Rebecca, and Dana called her.

They had to be at the Fairbanks Mansion at 7:30. It was 5:30, Alek was snoozing on one of the Futons of Sams house, and she told to him on weekends he could stay here for as long as he was here for. Alice was at Dana chatting about who knows what. Alek woke up looking for Sam, Sam was getting into a match with her punching bad.

You keep saying your..eh Lipstick *****, yet your more butch then any one I know. Alek said picking up a Kendo Stick, swing it around.

Yeah and your point? Sam said punching and kicking the bag with a grunt.

Something wrong? Alek said starting to do some Kendo drills.

Yes! I hate what Danas parents are doing to her! Sam upper cut the bag, she growled. I hate seeing her in pain, I know how it is. I think I might kiss her tonight. I might just show up as her date, and if they dont like it, to *****.. Sam kicked down the bag, the grabbed a Kendo stick and spun around striking on Aleks stick. Too ***** bad.. Sam moved to the right. She striked, Alek countered it doing a dash, trying to trip Sam, Sam jumped and striked again, holding it, pressuring Alek to push back, Alek tripped her and wacked her on her ***** with the stick.

Kennardchill out.. Alek ordered.

Sam whimpered at the stick, they do hurt, she huffed. Yes Sir

Everything will be fine, Sam. Youll see. Alek taking Sams Kendo stick and placing him on their rack, he patted Sam on the *****. No go get ready, private Kennard. Sam laughed, rubbing her *****, she walked off to get ready.

About 30 minutes later both Sam and Alek were showered and dressed. Alek was dressed in pin slacks, boots, and forest green dress shirt with the matching jacket on, his hair was spiked forward, very clean cut looking guy. Sam always like the suit pants and shirt, but she was going to a dinner party, so she wore a black dress which showed every curve, with a lot of leg showing, she had on very light makeup, her hair was done to the side and pulled back. Alek and Sam both checked eachother out.

Slick. Said Sam.

Stunning. Said Alek.

Hot damn were hot! Said them both with laugh.


What time is it? Sam asked, not having on her watch.

Theyll be here in 20 minutes Sam. Alek said, going over to Sams bottle of JD, pouring not even a full shot for her. Relax.

About 20 minutes later

Alice and Dana knocked on the door, Alek greeted the girls with a hug and kiss for them both.

Whoa Alek..hot damn.. Alice said. Very handsome. Dana added.

Thankyou ladies. Alek mocked saluted with a laugh. Wait till you see your girl..stunning.

Dana was in a black pants suit and heels*Pretty much the same thing she wore to her mothers woman group thing but black* Alice had on a something simple and easy a black dress.

Alek did you see wherehey AliceDana.. Sam blushed a bit, looking at her friend and girl friend. Dana mouth dropped to the floor. She never seen Sam looking this hot, and she never saw those long and beautiful legs. Sam walked over to Dana, kissing her full on the lips.

Alek was driving, he had some smooth jazz, just for the simple fact he wanted a relaxed ride for Dana. Sam was holding Danas hand, Alice was in the front with Alek.

They pulled into the Fairbanks Mansion.

Alek got out and opened the door for Sam. They walked over, opening the doors for their dates.

Sam I dont think I can do this.. Dana said Sam placed her arms around Dana, kissing her full on the lips and looked at her.

Baby look at me, yes you can, Ill be here.. Sam said kissing her once more. Dana took Aleks arm, and Alek had Alice on the right, they walked up together. The plan was for Alek and Alice to be a couple, while Dana to go in with them, and Sam followed behind, watching her girl friend, Alek smiled back to Sam. Sam just sighed. Here we go..

Sharon Fairbanks saw Alice and Dana with a striking looking man. She walked over.

I came out to my parents around the age of 18. Mother went into a major denial case, blaming the TV, as crazy as that sounds, Alek and I have been friends since about 8. We went to all the same schools, went to the same college, both of us have been team since we both can remember, hes also a fencer, and great friend. Always looking out for me back in school. I know German, French and Italian. Ive lived in Japan for 7 months, 4 years back and forth from Paris to London, working at London Art Company. I have passion for swords as you can see. Sam laughed. I also weld, paint, and pretty much made all the glass pieces you see around here.

During dinner they talked about sports, family and just talking about simple things. It was a very relaxed, calm and enjoyable evening. Sam did like she normally did at 8:45, light all the candles in the long hallway connecting the dojo, bathroom, bedroom, living room and one candle in the dinning room and kitchen.

Dana came back about 15 minutes later, Sam didnt do her work out, she got changed into her Bad Kitty Boxers and black tank top, she was already in bed awaiting Dana.

Dana striped off her clothes in front of Sam, giving her a little show, she put on the boxers and shirt Sam left for her. She crawled into bed with Sammy, wrapping her arms around her.

It was Friday.

Dana drove her father back to the mansion. She left right away, her father would contact her sometime during the weekend. Dana had 2:30 pm meeting with Subaru and Rebecca. She was on her way to the office, she and Sam talked for awhile before she had to run. Theyre relationship was growing at rate neither one of them could control, they both wanted to royally ***** each other. Sam wanted Dana. Dana wanted Sam. It was driving them both insane.

Tina had to be at the doctors at 5:30.

Shane was at work.

It was 5:15, Bette needed to go, she need to go to the doctors with Tina. James gave her the books and she made her way to the doctors.

But she just missed Tina.

She saw Sam running to the left, clearly enrage. Bette ran out, she saw Alek running with her. Sam just sucker-punch this guy hammering a sign into the ground, and spray-painting the same thing that Sam had on a canvas. Bette charged in.

GET AWAY FROM MY HOME! She yelled at them. It was 6 people. 2 girls and 4 large guys. Sam was on the largest guy, punching him. Alek was trying to pull Sam off the guy, but another guy grabbed Alek by his shirt flipping him over.

*****! The guy yelled at Alek.

Alek got up and laughed. You wish.. He did a spin kick to the guys head, making him fall back and the guy got up and ran off with a video feed. Sam was still kicking that one guys *****, then another guy started to go near Bette. Sam yelled at Alek. Alek I will kick your ***** if anything happens to Bette! Alek poked this guy who was coming up on Bette, the guy turned around and got a sucker punch. Two down 2 more to go. Bette stay in the house, call the cops, now. Alek order to Bette, running over to Sam.

Sam is 5 6 the girl was on top of the guy punching him and getting punch back, she held her own. Alek knew the girl could take on guys 3 times her size. Alek then was sucked punched!

Oh you son of *****.. Alek said upper cutting the other guy that just punched him, he heard Sam scream out in pain. He saw Sam on the floor gripping her right arm. That ***** prick.. Alek ran over to the other guy who just got the ***** beat out of him by Sam, and did a body slam, knocking the guy out Sam was then held about 4 feet in air by the guy that sucked punched Alek. Sam wasnt crying she never cried, she was whimper, and bleeding from the head and arm. Mother *****! Let go of her! Alek ran over to him, and did a jump forward kick, knocking the guy out.

The girls fled with the other guy. Alek had a broken nose, busted his eye open, but it didnt stop him, he ran over to Sam, picking her up. She had a broken arm, bloody nose and cut on her cheek. Hey Sammy, how do you feel?

Like a ***** train hit me, Alek, how do you think I feel Sam said then passing out.

The cops and EMT were on their way.

Tina saw her sister pass out, she ran out side with Bette, she didnt care about herself now, just her little sister.

The ride to the ER wasnt fun. Tina rode with Sam. Alek drove Bette. Call Alice and Dana, Bette. Alek said handing his cell phone to her. He may have a broken nose and busted his eye open, yet hes had them both in the past before. Bette called Alice.

Alice its Bette Bette spoke and told her what happened with Sam and Alek.

There on their wayDanas with her father and brother.. Bette said dialing Danas cell phone. She looked at Alek who was managing to drive with a busted nose and eye. Dana Bette began telling Dana what happened. Danas father and brother are taking Dana there now..

Tina told the doctors what they needed to know, she broke down crying, Alek and Bette ran through to where Tina was, Bette took her broken wife into her arms, holding her.

Alek get your self taken care of Bette said still holding her wife. Alek looked down at Tina and Bette and took off to get doctor. Bette picked up Tina to the waiting room, the cops came in about 10 minutes later. Mrs. Kennard? One of the officers spoke.

Officer, Ill explain to you what happened. Alek said coming back in, with his nose and eyed all fixed up, he had knew how to fix himself up, he didnt need a doctor.

And you are? The officer asked.

Im family, sir. The name is Alek Richard Cooper. Alek said shaking the officers hand.

Mr. Cooper this my partner Johnson, and Im Leonard. Come with us please. They both spoke and Alek nodded, walking off with them. He smiled slightly to Bette.

Alice, Shane and Marina all ran into the waiting room about 5 minutes after Alek left with the cops. Shane noticed the blood on Tinas arm. Tina you okay? She asked.

Im fine..its not my blood its Sammys. Tina said. Shes pretty banged up, Alice. Alice went over to hold Tina.

Yeah I did, she was with her dad and brother, so there on their way. Bette stated.

Mrs. Kennard? A doctor said walking in. Alice held onto Tinas hand, while Bette was still holding her wife. Shane and Marina stood there, listening to what he had to say.

Your sister is out cold, just passed out, didnt loose to much blood, but has a broken nose, cut on her left cheek, bruised jaw, about 4 broken ribs and broken wrist. The ribs were only cracked, so there is no need to worry about, Mrs. Kennard. The doctor said with a smile Shes a tough cookie, your sister. He said and left.

Tina sighed out. Thank god Everyone said.

Just then a very emotional Dana ran through the room. What happened?!

Everyone had small smiles on their face. WHY ARE YOU GUYS SMILING?!

Dana calm down.. Marina was the first to come to her, wrapping her arms around her.

Sammy will be fine..few bruises, broken nose, 4 broken ribs and broken wrist..shes fine..Mon Ami.. Marina said. Mr. Fairbanks came in with Howard.

Shes going to fine, Dana.. Said Tina, getting up to hugged Dana. Shes one tough kid.. Dana just cried just held her. I thought I was going to loose her.

Mrs. Kennard? The doctor came in. Shes awake

You and Dana go in first.. Bette said to her wife.

Sammy whimpered at the needle they were about to stick in her arm, Sam looked at the door seeing her sister and her girl friend. She had her trademark cocky smile. Hey.. Sam glared the Italian nurse. Soggiorno via.da me ora.. [Stay awayfrom me now.]

Oh shut up..Kennard. The nurse spoke in english, tapping Sams bruised cheek, Sam whimpered.

Sammy you scared the ***** out me. Said Dana, taking Sams hand, Tina allowed the two to have a moment. Dana kissed Sam full on the lips, Sam whimpered. Sorry..

Dont worry about it..just bruised. Sam said smiling. She looked at Tina, she could tell something was up. Sweetie could you give my sister and I.. Sam started and was cut off by Dana. You got it.. Dana kissed Sam one more time and went out.

It was Sunday Sam was coming home, Dana was going to take care of Sam at her place. Tina told everyone Friday night about her loosing the baby; everyone was just out of it emotional. The guys who did the events at the house pressed charges, but they were dropped, thanks to Aleks uncle being a cop of the city, and for the simple fact that AAA, doesnt really like the navy and theyre scared of them. Alice was with Dana, at Danas place, getting the guest bed set up for Sam. Tina was driving Sam to Danas house.

For moving back here, for Friday night..Im just sorry you got hurt for me again. Tina spoke. Its suppose to be the big sister taking care of the little sister.

Its the little tough guy sister keeping an eye out for her big sister. Sam said, she was still in a lot pain, her left side was killing her, but she broke ribs before, so its not a big deal to her anymore, broke her nose before, yet she was bruised, broken wrist and new scar on her right cheek. Sunday Part II

Alice and Tina left about 30 minutes ago, Dana had the day off, but she still wanted to get in 2-3 hours of practice, she was in the kitchen making Sam some dinner for them both, Sam was laying on the couch, watching Power Puff Girls, shes easily amused so it didnt matter what was on anyhow, she kept and eye on the kitchen, she got up with a grunt of pain from her ribs, she walked into the kitchen.

Hey you..youre supposed to be in laying down. Dana said fixing the food.

I knowcan I ask you something? Sam asked looking at her future lover.

Go head.. Dana said looking right back at Sam.

How come you never asked me about my past? Sam began. I know Alice told you some bits around my violent history and my temper problems. Why didnt you ask me about it? Sam asked.

Because..I felt that it was something you should bring up, and that I asked Alice if you ever lashed out anyone. She told that you couldnt hurt a fly, but if someone you love was ever threatened you would become violent. So thats what happened Friday night? Goddamn Drama

It was Monday, Sam was slept till about 10:30 AM, got to work on the laptop, trying to get as much information as she could on AAA(Angels Against Art), and was talking to Tina and Bette on AIM. Dana was meeting her Dad and brother for brunch at their house. Sharon Fairbanks had a meeting to go to, so they could have Dana at the house. Sam said to go on without her, she wanted Dana to have time with her family. So Sams is sitting in Danas house typing away, listening to her music, and munching on the sweets in Danas house, which were very rare.


Shes fine, complaining and being a bit snappy, but Alice told me she was always like that when she was in pain or just not feeling well. Dana said taking a bite of toast.

How is are her ribs doing? Ask her brother worried about her sisters girlfriend, yet he never met Sam.

Theyre sore, shes either lying down or standing, it just hurts her if she moves a certain way, shes broken ribs before, yet she seems to handle it well. Dana said, looking at her cell phone, just checking to see if Sam called. She just smiled.

Mr. Fairbanks looked at his daughter, he knew she was already in love with Sam. I really like Sam, hunny..I was wondering, if you could ask her if she could teach me how to fence, I would pay her and all. He asked taking a sip of his coffee.

I will, Im sure she wouldnt mind and I know for a fact shell turn down the money, Dad. Sam does things for nothing, she works sometimes at The Planet for nothing. Its the way she is. Dana said with a smile.

Mr. Fairbanks laughed, then out of nowhere a very angry Sharon Fairbanks walked in.

What in Gods name is she doing here?! A very pissed off Sharon yelled.

Shes our daughter, Sharon. Mr. Fairbanks stood up.

Mom.. Dana started and was cut off by her mother. Do not call me that, I am not your mother. Dana stood up, Howie stood next to his sister.

Sharon..I love you dearly, but right now I hate you, she is our flesh and blood. Mr. Fairbanks stated.

She is not my flesh and blood, I only had one child and that is Howard. Sharon stated. I dont want her in my sight ever again. Dana heard that and she broke down into tears. Bye Dad and Howie She ran out crying.

The drive home for Dana went fast, she was crying at her mother hurtful words. She couldnt wait to get home to Sammy. She was in love with Sam, she fell hard, she couldnt help but not to. They havent discuss ***** nor anything of that sort, their relationship was very simple, it didnt have any real issues nor any problems. She finally reaches her home it was about 1:15pm. She walked into the door breaking down. Sam awoke with the sound of Dana crying. She got up and made her way to where she saw her girlfriend in tears.

Baby whats wrong? Sam ask leaning down, whimpering out in pain from her ribs.

Sometimes this all feels like a dream.

Sam had The Ataris playing in the living room it filled the house. Baby tell me whats wrong? Sam grunted a bit from being in a bent posture. Dana got up, and Sam stood straight, with a small whine.

Dana just wrapped her arms around Sams waist crying into her girlfriends shoulder. My mom came by the house while I was there. she said awful, nasty and just cruel words..I never knew she was capable of say such things, Sammy. Dana cried into Sams shoulder, being careful of Sams ribs.

Sam didnt know what to say she just held her girlfriend close to her. Dana cried into Sams shoulder, she finally stopped crying. Sam cupped Danas chin with her good arm.

As I look out at these fairgrounds,
