Seven oclock and Bette waited anxiously on the doorstep of Tinas apartment. It was crazy, but she felt so nervous about their date, as if it were the first time theyd ever been out. When Tina opened the door she took Bettes breath away – it was as if shed forgotten how beautiful she was. The drive to the restaurant was short and felt comfortable, and they were soon seated at a fairly secluded table.

You really are the most beautiful woman in the world, T Bette lifted Tinas hand and kissed it gently.

The waitress came to take their order, and they found that their conversation soon flowed naturally.

Their conversation was interrupted by the waitress bringing the food. They ate fairly quickly, both wanting to get back to really talking.

Bette groaned. But shed wait forever for Tina. The waitress came and Bette asked for the bill, which she promptly paid.

They got up and collected their coats before heading for the door.
