    A B/T romantic comedy

     

    In their search for a place where they could talk in private Tina and Bette walked away from the house in the opposite direction from the pool. Silently they followed the same path they had taken before during the foot paper. Only this time neither of them paid any attention to the scenery around them. The beauty of old trees with leaves waving in the wind, green turned golden by the Sunlight filtering through couldn’t find a place amidst their troubled thoughts.

      

    Tina turned her head discreetly to regard the woman at her side. Bette was easily one of the most gorgeous women she had ever laid eyes upon, which considering what she did for a living wasn’t an easy feat, but that wasn’t what drew Tina to her. It was part of it; of course, Tina was honest enough to admit that she was wildly attracted to the brunette. That was actually the easiest part to acknowledge, physical attraction was nothing new or particularly disturbing and it certainly wouldn’t cost her any sleep.

    What scared her was that she cared about Bette. She wanted to breach the wall the brunette had placed firmly around her heart, reach inside, find the bruised places in Bette and hold them tenderly in her hands until it all stopped hurting.

     

    Bette was lost deep in thought. When she had imagined the wedding and she had spent enough time musing about it, she had never, never, even in her wildest thoughts conceived of what was in fact happening. She glanced at Tina out of the corner of her eyes. The blonde was stunning and tremendously sexy. Just the fact that she had noticed that from the first moment she had met her had been a surprise to Bette. For months she had felt like her perception of the world around her had been dulled, even before she and Jodi had broken up. And then Tina had entered into her world and made an impression, had grabbed her attention and jarred her senses, suddenly everything around her was brighter, brighter than she could ever remember it all being. Tina smiled and it was like the Sun had just broken through the clouds. Bette loved to make her smile.

    23. ONE OF THE BEST TIBETTE SCENES IN FANFIC HISTORY!!!! And believe me, you have an expert here! I’ve read a lot (a loooooot!) of Tibette fanfic, and for a long time I had been waiting for such a hot dance between B&T (Tango is one of the sexiest dances I agree). As a matter of fact, when I first heard of a Tibette dance in 512, I hoped that it would be a tango or a dance of the kind. Okay, 512 was not disappointing in the least but I must admit that you made a strong wish come true with this chapter. How fabulous, and so well done!!! Sabina, you had the greatest idea when you decided to start writing on this site. You are very talented and this fanfic is pure delight. Thanks a lot for this story, a special kuddos for this chapter, and I can’t wait for the next update and the continuation of this beautiful tale. PPS!

They were so in-sync while dancing at the bar when they first met, I just wanted it to go on and on…this topped that scene and was so well crafted. I could hear the tango music in my head as I read the story. You are truly a master. I echo others… more soon. I believe I hear the bedroom calling them.

    31. Oh good gracious alive, that was beyond hot. I could picture those two dancing to the sensual music and starting a wild fire. Better make sure that the fire can put out or at least enjoyed. I bet where ever they are headed will be left scorched from the flames that flew from their bodies.

    46. gaah… I just caught up with this story and am left speechless :o I love the storyline, life imitating fiction indeed :) tibette are meant to be, no matter the circumstances under which they meet. Bette might have thought she had the real thing with Jodie but boy is she gonna get her eyes opened by the lovely Ms Kennard *love*Hope Jodie figures out what the hell it or rather who it is that she wants before she ends up hurting Janet too… although it might already be too late for that :(
