The Fork and Spoon Restaurant….

“Order up!” Tina screamed while smacking the bell that alerted the servers to pick up. She had been growing more and more impatient with the lack of initiative these servers had.  

“Jesus Tina keep it down will you?”

“Shut the fuck up Helena!  I wouldn’t be yelling if you would have trained your fucking servers correctly!” she shot back.

When Tina first set foot in New York, Helena a restaurateur in training, had been lucky enough to scoop the young talent and have her as the chef at her Fork and Spoon Restaurant. There was one condition though; she was not to interfere in the kitchen.  Helena happily obliged. About a month later, Helena had gone out with Tina for drinks celebrating the success and opening of the restaurant. They woke up naked in each other’s arms in bed at Helena’s grand suite in The Upper Westside. Their relationship had been a loving one; though they weren’t in love it was comfortable enough for them because they worked together and had the same hours thus allowing them to assist each other with their physical needs.  The day Bette set foot and swept Tina off her feet at the restaurant, Helena knew their little no strings attached relationship was over and she was fine with it. She was happy that Tina had found someone who understood her, loved her, and wouldn’t resent her for the long hours she had. She was yet to find someone like that. Bette learned about their relationship and it didn’t bother in the slightest because Tina let her know that it was in the past and that now she was her future.  On the other hand Bette and Helena feuded, not about their relationships but about Helena’s constant need to hire pretty, young, incompetent college females as servers that would only end up hurting Tina due to the fact the service would be slow while the kitchen was backed up with dishes that were waiting to be sent out. She knew Helena did this so she could bed them. The woman was a dragon. She never understood how and why Tina had been with her.

“You’ll be fine Tina. Pushy, pushy today aren’t you?”
