Bette glanced at her sadly, the whole argument had started when she had spooned up behind her in the morning. "You don’t have to leave right away, but I don’t want you sleeping on my bed. If you want men so much go get one but I want you out by then."

She stood angrily and walked towards the bathroom as Tina looked at her incredulously.

"See that’s the problem!" Tina snapped shooting up out of the bed, "you just fucking give up! The Bette I knew before would fight like crazy!"

"Do I even have the right to fight?" Bette growled back, "you haven’t forgiven me and God knows if you ever will. If I fight you’ll just call me a hypocrite!"

"I wouldn’t!"

"Oh bullshit Tina!" Bette cried, "besides I can’t make you like pussy again."

"You’re not making it very appealing," Tina snapped, "I’m so tired of all this dyke drama! I don’t want my daughter around it."

"So you want to give OUR daughter a regular life?" Bette said, "well guess what? That will never happen! She will always have two mothers, a fake father, and an unknown biological father."

"I want her to be safe!" Tina cried.

"And I can’t give her safety?" Bette said.

"I don’t know, what if something happens when some carpenter or interior designer is around and you’re not paying attention?" Tina said the words without thinking them through. By the time she realized what she said it was too late. All she saw was the devastated look on Bette’s face, she had never seen that look before.

Bette turned on her heel and stormed towards the door.

Tina jet out after her, "Bette! Wait! I’m sorry I didn’t mean that!"

Bette didn’t answer she simply grabbed her car keys.

"No Bette you can’t drive like this!" Tina howled grabbing Bette’s wrist and trying to pry the key from Bette’s hand.

Bette didn’t even bother to try to answer she just used her superior strength to push Tina away.

Tina continued to follow Bette as they walked out of the house. Angus was just about to ring the doorbell when the door swung open. He looked a bit startled by it.

"Watch Angie please!" Tina called out following Bette to the Saab.
