Chapter One

Tina Kennard stared at the computer. One minute she loved her job, the next she hated it right now it was the latter. Her boss Peggy Peabody had given her a new assignment on vaginal rejuvenation which she thought was completely retarded and stupid, who would read that article. The article would probably not even take up half a page in The L.A. Post.

She craned her neck and cracked her fingers hoping to relieve some of the stress she was under. As much as she loved pussy right now she hated it. Tina was getting angrier by the moment. “Fucking vagina” Tina blurted out randomly gaining the attention of the blonde sitting in the cubicle next to her.

“Wow” said Alice smiling “What’s gotten up your ass”

“Peggy” Tina retorted her anger fresh in her voice.

Alice’s eyes grew big like saucers at Tina’s reply. “You slept with Peggy” she asked in awed.

“No you fool” Tina’s said raising her voice. Her anger was getting out of control “She give me this retarded assignment on vaginal rejuvenation. Peggy can be an asshole sometimes. She knows I’m gay…. is that why she give me this fucked up article to do, because I love pussy it automatically means I’ll puke out an entire page about the vagina.”

“Hahaha” Alice laughed.

Tina made a face at her. “Are you laughing me?”

“She had given it to me first but I refused it”

“Why you…” Tina had begun to get up when Peggy who had been listening in on the conversation cleared her throat getting both of the girl’s attention.

Tina turned Scarlett hoping Peggy had not heard what she’d said but she knew the woman had already heard.

She started to apologize but was cut off by Peggy saying “My office. Now”

Tina gulped she was going to die today. Being fired and getting killed all in one day had not on her agenda this morning.

“I’ll pray for you” Alice said seriously. Tina knew she needed all the prayers in the world. The wrath of Peggy Peabody was not a nice scene especially when it was directed at you.

She slowly got up. Her legs felt like lead. Her heart was beating its way out of her chest. Everyone who had the exchange between her, Alice and Peggy were staring at her sympathetically. Thoughts of her funeral filled her mind as she approached the door which had Peggy’s Name in bold letters. It was very intimidating to Tina since her cubicle only had her name on a small stencil showing how not important she was to the L.A. Post newspaper.
