Life comes at you fast doesn’t it? All the twists and turns happen when you don’t want them to and when you just wish your life would stay how it is something changes everything completely…for better or worse.
“hey…” I said softly walking into my sister’s hospital room while she laid in the bed
“hey” she replied simply
“you ready for tomorrow?” I asked her sitting down in one of the chairs
“not at all” she told me “I mean, should I be scared?”
“Kyla it’s surgery…it’s a scary thing” I told her “but hey I’ll be right here when you wake up”
“you better be…cause if you’re not then when I get better I’ll kick your ass”
“like you could” I replied and she laughed a little “I’ve been working out”
“oh please all you do is run away” she replied laughing
“you hit too hard” I told her
“toughen up…” she told me smiling then it faded “…so you talk to Spencer lately?”
“uh yeah…I talked to her yesterday” I told her
“oh you guys aren’t still in that honeymoon stage with talking like every second of everyday?” she asked me
“not really…I mean it really feels like we’ve been together longer than just five months, cause we’ve known each other since freshmen year”
“yeah well…are you guys fighting about anything now?” she asked me
“no why?” I asked her
“you’ve just been moping around”
“yeah well sorry I’m a little scared that my sister is having surgery and has…” I started then I didn’t want to finish
“…cancer Ash, you can say it” she told me
“no I cant” I told her
“well you might as well…you’ll need to get used to saying it sooner or later, then you can say that my sister di…” she started then I cut her off right away
“shut up” I told her “just shut up and saying that! You’re my older sister and you’re going on and telling me that you’re not going to fight through this when I need you here” I added pissed off at her now and she didn’t say anything “look I know this sucks, but I know my older sister is in there somewhere” I added then I walked out of her room trying to hold back my tears then my dad was walking towards her room

I just finished catching up with this story and I just love it. I wish Ash wold have told her what she was thinking. But i’m glad they talked. I still can’t stand Aiden , he just pisses me off. I am glad that Kyla is okay and that Ash was nice to her. hope you update soon :D

Well I feel like this story is taking me on a rollercoaster. I love it though. I really wish Spence would learn to trust Ash and that they’d get back together already. PMASAP!!!^_^
i think that spencer knows ash will make it as a musician but shes afraid to lose her so she acts this way to i dont know get her to stopp i think shes just being selfish but whatever please pms

hey, just caught up with the story. and just to let you know, I’ve been reading on this site for awhile, but your story actually drove me to make an account so I can comment :) anyway, love the story. It’s sweet and cute, the love triangle added some good depth, (even though Aiden is being such a pain!). PMASAP! (sorry I don’t have any criticisms right now) but I guess that’s a good thing?
