Next Time Around: 2 – (Chapter: I dont know how much more i can take)

“Would you mind going to the store and picking up some Tylenol?” Ashley asked.

“Sure, I have an errand to run anyways.” Spencer said grabbing her keys and placing a long and gentle kiss on her wife’s cheek. “Everything’s going to turn out okay.” The blonde haired girl didn’t believe it herself but she had a tendency to say thing would get better for the purpose of making someone have a little hope.

Avery walked swiftly through the halls of King high with a hind holding the strap of his side saddle bag to keep it from bouncing and hitting his leg. He had a piece of paper in his other hand which held a page of sloppy writing. He stopped at an open locker and brought the paper up so he could read it. “Avery, I am sorry I over reacted about everything. I really didn’t mean for things to come out the way they did.” He read aloud to the locker occupant.

“Avery, what are you doing?” Eric asked quietly with his eyes darting to everyone around them.

“Oh wait it gets better,” Avery said angrily. “The reasons I was upset are endless. I just think you should really ‘come out’ to them and you won’t and it hurts. Maybe one day when you are ready, I will be ready to give us another shot. Sincerely, Eric.”

“What are you getting at?” Eric asked.

“You came to my party to give me this and it was just to repeat everything you already said.” Eric opened his mouth to speak but Avery continued his ramble. “But you know what I found most interesting? The fact that you think all of my problems with coming out revolve around you, and guess what? They don’t. I am having a lot of issues that are preventing me from doing it, and they are really fucking with my head. The last thing I need is you to be helping them along alright? So don’t give me any more little childish letters, don’t talk to me, and don’t even look at me because you and I, are NOT happening again.” Avery took the paper between two fingers and tore it in half right in front of Eric’s face before storming away.
