Angelica & The Artist – Chapter 6
Chapter 6
As the question hung in the air between them both women felt the hesitation of the response not yet spoken.
Angie had done it, she had made the request that her heart was screaming out. Now she waited for what seemed painfully like forever. Would her request be granted the response she sought?
Lyndsay knew that Angelica was awaiting an answer, but as much as her heart told her to say yes, her head was reluctant to agree too quickly. She stood there staring at the woman before her. Always one to take the cautious road, never one to take a risk, she fought an internal battle for mere seconds, but it seemed like hours before she responded that yes, she would like very much to go back to Angie’s hotel room with her.
Letting out a sigh of relief, Angelica held out her hand. Lyndsay accepted it and the two women made their way back.
As they arrived at Angelica’s hotel, both women were feeling very nervous. Lyndsay, because now that she had agreed to return with Angie was not sure what would happen next. Angelica’s nerves were due to the fact that she knew the woman beside her was scared, and unsure. She didn’t want to add any further pressure to the already nervous woman.
They approached the elevator and waited for the doors to open. Stepping onto the lift, Angie gave Lyndsay’s hand a gentle squeeze. They made their way to her floor and proceeded to walk down the hallway to Angie’s room. Entering through the doorway, Lyndsay had never felt so nervous or excited all at the same time. The butterflies in her stomach were intense. She wondered silently what she had gotten herself into.
Angelica led the way to the sofa in the room and asked Lyndsay if she would like to sit and talk for awhile. Thinking this was probably a good idea, Lyndsay took a seat at one end of the sofa. Angelica walked over to the mini bar and proceeded to pour them each a glass of chianti to help calm the nerves.
As she handed the glass to Lyndsay, Angelica felt more nervous than she had ever felt in her life. A silence engulfed the room which only added to the underlying tension both felt.

Great story and great writing. PPS.
Love this, Tou make us feel like we are easydropping on someone. This reminds me of Bette and Tina, Angie is so her mothers child. Just keep on posting please thanks
Nicely done Taz…you can feel the fire burning between them. I like that you are tackling the reality thatt not all partners are at the same level of experience and everything is not perfect the first time together. Can’t wait for your next post!
YES! You did it girl. I had all the faith in you, that when it came time for that NC17, you would pull it off, and that you did. I CANNOT wait for the next chapter!!!!! I think I held my breath along with Lyndsay and Angie! LOL. The pace is perfect, and you are pulling out all those true to life feelings when you are 1) with someone for the first time, 2) your first time with the person you are with, and 3) the diverse emotions that go along with all of it. I swear I could feel all the hesitation before these girls. Bravo! I sure am glad it rained! Hope you and P had a great weekend. TTYS.
Oh yes!!!! They must definitely move it to bed!!! Thanks for the post. I am patiently awaiting the next chapter.
Wow! That was beautiful and thoroughly explained the eagerness that both girls feel and want to express in such an open, but candid way. The pace was terrific. PPS Lucero & Marsha (JC’s Salsa Aunties from Mexico City)
Love this story. Angie is so the best of both her Mother’s. Definitly time to take this to the bedroom Angie needs to convince Lyndsay to go home with her.

TRE was TERRIBLY sad, too sad so i’m glad u decided to write this more hopeful story. looking 4ward to Ange and her moms interactions especially when they discover angies in-love bad!!!! pps
Angie takes after both her mothers, in that she wanted to make sure that Lyndsay was ok with the pace which is such a sweet and loving act and shows her respect for the other’s feelings. Just a beautiful little chip off the old block. Wonder how her mothers will feel about this and will they give her advice. We kow Tina will cry when she finds out, especially if she tells them she has fallen in love with Lyndsay. Wonderful chapter. PPS
