    Everyone needs a bit of fun though. Like Helena is always telling her. She needs to get out more. Enjoy life before its too late. This was what she would do tomorrow. Find Kate and become her friend, no matter if she wanted to or not.

    She turned over on to her side. Her last thoughts before succumbing to her sleepiness were of a tall, dark haired woman that went by the name of Miss Porter.

    Chapter 4

     

    The next day seemed to fly by. As Tina finished up her lunch – alone, on a bench outside the school she searched around in her bag for the timetable. When she retrieved it she looked for the first lesson after lunch. Her heart skipped a beat.

    ‘Tuesday – 2pm – P.E. – Miss Porter

    She had dreamed about her for most of the night. From the moment she met her yesterday she had felt a connection.

    *I cant keep thinking about this – about Bette, ugh Miss Porter…* she thought. *I’m working and she’s my teacher. Even if I thought something more could happen, she wouldn’t be interested. Not just because she thinks I’m 17 but also the fact she is way out of my league.*

    So this was what had been playing around in Tina’s dreams all night. A bell rang in the distance, bringing Tina out of her thoughts.

    As she gathered her stuff she finished off her drink, throwing it in the bin once it was empty as she wondered back into the school building.

    At her locker, after registration, Tina was slowly getting her gym gear. She was thinking about Kate. She still hadn’t seen her today. She hadn’t been in registration this morning or this afternoon. Just then, Kate came up behind her.

    ‘Hey Tina, you off to Gym now?’

    Tina turned, smiling at the site of Kate’s seemingly cheery face.

    ‘Hey Kate, yea I’m kinda running late…’

    ‘You and me both’ she replied. ‘Come on, I’ll show you the way.’

    Tina smiled, grabbing her trainers and shutting her locker door. They walked in silence, Kate a few steps ahead as they cut through the mounds of people heading off to their own classes. When the corridor was clear, Kate slowed down to walk level with Tina.

    1. Hey there…liking the B and T interaction…bit worried though, should T join the Spelling Bee and the Basketball? If it came out that she was a reporter would it ruin the chances of her spelling and basketball teams? I dunno…I just wondered…PPS

    7. I am really having fun reading this story. The movie was hilarous and I am able to picture Tina in the role that Drew played. Bette is in her own role though. Please Post soon.

    8. First I’m assuming Tina took her socks off too, cos otherwise she would have spent most of time on her ass. Its okay to have Kate in there, but only as a friend, love how Tina and Bette are flirting with each other, yet Bette is concerned cos she thinks Tina’s only 17, and Tina keeps forgetting she’s suppose to be. I do have faith that even when the truth comes out, Bette will only momentarily be upset.
