    Well weve met our main girls, aswell as some work collegues…how about we meet some more new faces, and let Tina continue her first week of undercover high schoolin ;)

    ‘Thanks’ he replied, leaning himself back. ‘So what’s this I hear about my number 1 editor? Writing your own stories with the big boys huh?’ he chuckled.

    Tina sighed, grinning at him.

    ‘I couldn’t believe it Max. When he pointed at me, I got so nervous. You know how I hate confrontation.’

    ‘Don’t I know’ he said sarcastically. ‘This is a great opportunity for you. Ive always said you have the stamina for it.’

    ‘You did, and I appreciate it. I’ve been undercover 2 days now. Im not sure where my reports going to come from though.’

    Max pondered his thoughts for a moment then sat forward.

    ‘You know, I believe in you. I know you will find your story. This is a 3 month operation isn’t it?’

    Tina nodded.

    ‘You see. You’re only 2 days into it. If you feel you ever need a step in the right direction, just ask. I’ll help as much as I can.’

    ‘Thanks Max. You’re a star.’

    ‘I know’ he grinned. ‘I better head off. If Greyson catches me in here gossiping, I’ll be out on my ass.’ He rose from his seat. ‘Keep in touch girl.’

    ‘I will. Bye Max.’ And he was gone.

    Since Tina had started, she and Max had developed a good working relationship. He had started only 2 weeks prior so they were both finding their feet. He was her superior, but he was a generous boss.

    It was about a year ago that Max had come into her office for a chat. He had opened his heart to her, explaining what he was going through. He had said he was in the middle of transitioning – from his female body, in to a man. The thought of Max being a woman had never crossed her mind. The way he looked and acted was just like any other man.

    That wasn’t entirely true. He didn’t act like a lot of men. No, Max’s personality was almost totally different from any man she had ever known. If she looked back and thought about it, she may have, before she had known the true, thought he was a bit ‘’too’’ soft natured for a man.

    Some men can be like that though. Usually they’re gay, but not always. Sometimes its just the way they have been brought up.

    What with Max moving here from Canada, only a week before starting the job, he didn’t know anyone and hadn’t formed any friendships. He spent most of his time here at work. A bit like Tina. He had told her how he trusted her.

    She had kept her word and not told anyone. If he needed to go out suddenly or for an appointment, she would cover for him.

    Yes, she was glad Max was back. She also knew he would keep his word about helping her.

    Driving home that night, Tina thought she may just take him up on that offer.

    1. Hey there…liking the B and T interaction…bit worried though, should T join the Spelling Bee and the Basketball? If it came out that she was a reporter would it ruin the chances of her spelling and basketball teams? I dunno…I just wondered…PPS

    2. I hope she drops the spelling bee action.. come on, boring. Basketball is fun plus it has the added benefit of hanging around Bette. Ok, clearly we know what I’d do. I like this story a lot.. thanks for the long update. PPS.

    7. I am really having fun reading this story. The movie was hilarous and I am able to picture Tina in the role that Drew played. Bette is in her own role though. Please Post soon.

    8. First I’m assuming Tina took her socks off too, cos otherwise she would have spent most of time on her ass. Its okay to have Kate in there, but only as a friend, love how Tina and Bette are flirting with each other, yet Bette is concerned cos she thinks Tina’s only 17, and Tina keeps forgetting she’s suppose to be. I do have faith that even when the truth comes out, Bette will only momentarily be upset.
